I ordered my food through the screen that’s in the entrance, once payed I didn’t get a receipt. I went to the cashier and told a chubby Hispanic old lady I didn’t get the receipt and asked if I could the cups that I ordered. “WHAT DID YOU ORDERED!” She screamed. Never once I had a bad experience at a McDonald’s but first time here and I do.

Then he had the audacity to sarcastically say you’re welcome to me (also multiple times he’s done that). What a jerk, not at all appropriate. My daughter ordered a chocolate milk shake and burger. Her order was called and a perfectly made milk shake and burger was dropped on the table. She picked them up, apparently the milk shake was vanilla and for another customer. He took it back and proceeded to make us this very watery choc milkshake to which I protested. He said that was how it came but I insisted I just saw a perfectly made one and I order milk shake almost all the time from McDonald and this is not how it is. I had to drop it and leave because of his attitude because I asked he give us the vanilla if the issue is with the chocolate. He proceeded to bring us another watery vanilla milkshake. I won’t be going back to this McDonald’s- very poor service. Really disappointed.

Just poor customer service. People with headphones on up front. No “hello we’ll be right with you”. They ignore you till you walk up and stare to the point it’s like you’re annoying them. Like I got places to go and things to do. I have no problem waiting but acknowledge people at least let them know.

Despite telling the order verbatim my food sat getting cold because the number on my app was different from what the store had. Rather than continuing to help get to the root issue the woman became confrontation when I asked what was happening. All this despite my name being in the order which she never asked.
