I ordered from the kiosk and it didn’t print out a receipt and when I went up to the register to pay for our food I told the lady our order and what number the kiosk gave us she didn’t proceeded to go ahead and redo our order and charge us extra after I kept telling her we already made the order than after we paid we waited 30 minutes for our food and why we waited we seen two employees cutting up and having fun around the fryer and two employees in the back office standing on the phone. I’ve seen one costumer stop and ask the employee for help and when the employer asked what she can do the costumer asked for cups in which the employer didn’t say another word to the lady she just pointed to the cups and walked off … Very disrespectful employees…

It’s exactly what you expect from McDonald’s. Tastes were right. Service was fast. I reserve 5 stars for places that are exceptional and go out of their way if it’s a fast food joint but this place nailed my McDonald’s expectations which is fast food, check, and tasting uniform with its other locations. Check.

This was a takeout after a sports game. I ordered fish sandwich with extra tartar sauce and don’t forget the fries. I’m thinking about all this goodness when I get home to relax and enjoy. I get home, the fries are just the way I love them. I bite into my double tartar sauce fish sandwich and it has double mayonnaise on it. I’m like, I missed something. I try again but still mayonnaise. I couldn’t take it back, because it wasn’t worth the drive and time spent. Now I feel like I can’t trust McDonald’s takeout food, especially when on the road. Maybe another later day and time. As of right now Buyer Be Aware. Recheck your orders.

Couldn’t tell if they were understaffed or just prioritized drive-thru orders over customers sitting inside. It was dirty, the napkin dispenser had no napkins, the tables were dirty, had to wait for our order for over 20 min and had no one at the counter to ask if they received our order that was done through kiosk inside. Oh! When we got our food they messed up the order not to mention the food was cold! Certainly not coming here again!

If you’re ordering for curbside pickup, do not bother ordering from this location. Waited 10 min after arriving for my son’s happy meal and ended up going inside to get it. The employee told me the order was sitting there and she was planning to walk it out in a few more minutes. She gave me the food and I heard some of the workers laughing as we walked away. Disappointed.

Worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. We ordered and waited 45 minutes for our food to be finished. We then waited another 15 minutes watching our food sit behind the counter until an employee closed the happy meal box and handed it to us. One person said they were waiting for an hour and a half. None of the employees apologized or even seemed slightly concerned that they were taking hours to get food out. They also screwed up our orders. We went to McDonald’s because it was fast and cheap, today it was not fast nor was the price worth the wait. This was the first time going to this McDonald’s and definitely my last.

It never fails that I do not get my order correct. My Autistic daughter loves the double cheese burgers with ketchup only. 4 out of 5 times they get it wrong. My daughter has even started throwing away her burgers and pretending that she ate them so I don’t have to go through the trouble of going back and going through the hassle. Again today, before I picked her up, there were onions in between the two patties with the cheese. I literally have to pry the patties apart to check now, and they always put them there. The manager and window person literally could care less. They just took it without a word and gave it back without saying anything either. So over it.

If you speak only Spanish and don’t mind waiting 20 minutes for a Big Mac, this is the McDonalds for you! The staff is unfriendly, rude, and unhelpful to the point of incompetence. Even when there is nobody else in the drive through, they still have you pull in to a mobile order parking spot to wait an excessively long time for basic and simple menu items. When they finally bring out your food, on multiple occasions they’ve brought me an incomplete or incorrect order. Go to the McDonald’s off of Bell if you want a good experience, because that’s what I’m going to do from now on.
