Ordered curbside. Took forever. Waited 20mins. Then they forgot half my order and I had to go inside while my child was sleeping in the car to let them know because no one would answer the phone. It took forever for multiple employees that were casually chatting with one another (drive through line had just cleared) to acknowledge me. I had to practically yell for someone to even make eye contact. Food tasted old, like my order had been sitting around for awhile before they delivered it to me. Two employees had friendly service, in spite of the obvious issues. Although, I will probably avoid this location.

Don’t come here often. But the few times I have, I’ve had a less than enjoyable experience. They often are closed and more often only take cash. Don’t know how often I needed to eat something and am told they are only accepting cash. The few times I’ve been in the lobby, I have been disappointed. It was dirty trash left on tables. Food and fries on the floor. It was not busy, we were the only ones in there. I had to clean off the touch screen table for my kid to play on because it was crusted with food and sticky kid fingers.

I showed up here five minutes before the lobby was supposed to lock up. And their doors were locked. I was here to pick up a delivery order. However, that’s not where the issue lies. I went to the drive-through because of this and was rudely informed that I needed to go through the lobby. I informed the lady that the lobby was locked, But the lady cut me off before I could finish my sentence and told me to pull around. So I pulled around tried the doors again they were still locked. And then she came out a minute later, and rudely told me that I was supposed to wait in line. I told her that’s not what you said and I quoted back what she said. She told me no that’s not what she said. I also informed her that I had been here prior to when their doors were even supposed to be locked. I was frustrated at that, but I wasn’t going to raise an issue over it, until she decided to be as rude as she was. I get it, it’s close to closing time and you don’t want to deal with new customers. But the whole ordeal could’ve been avoided, had they not been cutting corners, and doing closing procedures before closing time. I’ve worked in the food industry long enough to know the policies on shutting down equipment much less locking doors before closing time.

This place was SUPER clean. Like the McDonald’s of yesteryear, when you would go just because you knew it was clean including the restrooms. Almost made me proud. Great to see a GM, a manager, shift leaders, AND employees taking pride in their work!!!! Great job guys!!! Keep it up! The lessons you learn will serve you well!!

Horrible customer service! I went through drive thru today at about 6:10pm and had literally pulled up my app to get the code to redeem and the lady was so rude. I mentioned to her that I literally pulled it up and she said “It says you already redeemed it, what do you want me to do? I can’t do anything for you sir?” Just the tone on her voice was so horrible! I understand it’s just fast food but Is this really how you’ll treat people?

The service is not great here. Not very helpful staff. Sometimes it seems as though they make you wait to order in the drive thru until the person in front of you pays and gets there food. Quality of food is average.

It’s a McDonald’s, what more can I say? Well, this particular McDonald’s is well-kept both inside and outside. The employees are efficient and provide great customer service. Although the location/design of the drive-thru is extremly difficult to navigate, the employees to an excellent job of moving the traffic through quickly. Food is a 3 because it’s regular McDonald’s. Service is a 5 because the low level employees provide excellent customer service, are efficient, and in my experience provide great customer service. Atmosphere is 2 because it’s McDonald’s w/out a play area.
