I ordered my meal through Uber eats because I was on the job site and I could not leave until the other technician could come so I thought that I would order through my Uber eats it came at a fashionable time, and I thank the Uber driver for driving in the rain. What I won’t forget or forgive is the rude customer service in McDonald’s especially management team member pass the phone to management who I do not have her name but I will say she has blue hair. I told her that my burger came with some wax film that they usually put on patties as they come out of the grill and I was explain to her that this happened and that they should check in their burgers in case this is happening to someone else, or if their tray liners are not being replaced after every use instead as per her words are you serious right now? Are you sure it’s not the cardboard from the burger box itself? No, ma’am it is not the containment cardboard from the burger it literally came from the patty. I replied, yet she got upset when I told her would you like me to send you a photo to show you how it looks like because I am at work. I cannot make it out there. She says no you may not send me this photo and I will not take this call as she hangs up. One thing I hate is rude service. I was about a mile away. So when I showed up to this McDonald’s after she blatantly told me that they were super busy. There was about two people in the lobby, one vehicle drive thru right there so she could’ve taken the time to address situation, when I get to her, she has her face shocked and surprised that I would show up. Not not a Kevin but a concerned I told her your customer service you just did is the wrong way that is rude unprofessional I was not asking for a refund, but stating to you as a concern customer that something else could have happen. But hanging up on the customer and acting like they will not show up to your store because it’s an Uber meal and then might not have a vehicle to show up to your location. Surprise surprise after talking to the Store manager and let you know the interaction with her assistant manager I told her it’s best to fire her and get rid of her because if she’s going to continue to feel entitled to talk to customers at any point in time that she spoke to me you’ll lose business and they’re gonna get worse with you, I will say this the general manager did replace my meal though I did not ask for a refund replacement. She insisted on it. She also insisted that she was going to teach the proper etiquette to that assistant manager. I can’t tell you how I hate baf customer service I work in the customer service industry not restaurant but a big part of it. I know what it is to talk to a customer when they be rude, obnoxious polite, endearing or confused , nobody should be treated any different than with great customers Service.

Normally I don’t review fast food places or ever dine in at them. Because usually because I’m in a hurry and just want something quick to eat. I decided to take my son to this location since I live less than 5 minutes away and I heard the play area is age appropriate. It’s great. He loved it. But it is disgusting and dirty. I barely wanted him to touch anything. I miss the days of when COVID was highly contagious because they had everyone cleaning like crazy. Now that COVID is not as highly contagious. The cleaning has stopped.. well everywhere. But this was way too much. It’s actually neglected. I’m sitting here in the play area while my son sits and eats his lunch. Including myself and I. There’s 5 of us people in the lobby. During downtime, management should really delegate the employees and have them clean everything down. Or have the manager in charge clean it themselves.

I was sad at the lack of customer service I received at the drive-in window today at approximately 12:30pm. I’m hard of hearing and was having a difficult time ordering at the drive-in. When I went up to the window, I had the young man fix my order. He never looked at me and had a disgusted look on his face the entire time he waited on me. Through that, I stayed pleasant and apologized for being hard of hearing. He never thanked me at the end of our transaction.

I sat there for 20 minutes an hour and a half before closing. Nobody took my order. I decided to call before leaving a bad review and give them a chance. At first it went to voicemail, but then a you g lady answered and apologized telling me to pull through again. I did. Then I sat there for 10 more minutes with nobody answering again.

Absolutely horrible. Ordered 4 burgers. Two plain and dry. Cashier didn’t even ring us up correctly. Went back to pay for another Plain and Dry cheeseburger and again not run up right AND what they gave me wasn’t even what was rung up. How badly can you mess up an order twice in 5 mintues

I usually go to this mc Donald’s despite the constant mess ups they have with my simple order and by simple I usually ask for extra pickles on a sandwich or an extra piece of sausage on a breakfast sandwich. Nothing crazy yet this store has messed it up. I normally don’t write reviews but this time I ordered curbside for breakfast a simple sausage mc griddle with an extra piece of sausage. They put cheese on it and no extra sausage. Now normally if it’s something simple I wouldn’t say anything but getting an extra piece of sausage is 1.59 extra. I tried calling them to see what can be done and the call either fails or it comes back that my call couldn’t be completed so I decided to call corporate, who made a report and said they would send it to the restaurant. And I know seems a little extra just for a price of sausage but, that’s a 1.59 that can go towards something else and I feel like it was such a simple request it shouldn’t have been messed up in the first place. So therefore if you go to this location make sure you check your bags to make sure the order is right but I will now be going to the mc Donald’s in fishers even if I have to travel an extra 10 minutes. But at least I’ll get my moneys worth and my order will be right. And to this mc Donald’s management DO BETTER! I’ve worked for fast food what happened to quality check to make sure the orders were coming out right?!?!

I would give this place a negative if I could. Not only did they mess my order up, they sent me with a RAW burger. Called the restaurant, took 3 tries to get somone that could barely speak English, then got a manager, said I could go back and get a new burger… don’t think I’m going to waste my gas money to get another bad meal since this is not the first time it has happened. Seems like all McDonald’s have gone down hill.

Breakfast biscuit was dry, very hard and crumbled everywhere, had to eat the egg and sausage by itself. The hash brown patty was cold and very greasy. Threw it away, my dog wouldn’t even touch the biscuit.

Waited 5 min at the counter politely while 3 people looked at me and this lady was on her phone. Just to be told I have to use the kiosk? When half the kiosks said “go to counter” customer service sucks here. Obviously no one cares to work here.
