The place looks nice outside and pleasing, but upon arriving you see that there is no working register and everyone is forcing the automated kiosk. It never works now the time. The over worked employees are not even paid enough to put up with the constant barrage of over entitled soccer mom and dads and welfare queens.

They gave our order to someone else then blamed us for the mistake. Didn’t even replace our order. Told us to order and pay again. Naomi Obregon the manager just walked away from us after telling us we needed to order and pay again. “I don’t know what to tell you” is what she said as she walked away. Totally dissatisfied and need to wait until Monday to see if the charges get refunded to us. Or we have to go back and talk to them again.

Grizelda Gomez said I could not order anything through drive thru and she intimidated and yelled at Joe , who is manager, she was so mad because during month of July they made mistakes of honoring double cheese burger with free nuggets,not my fault.. their fault.she yells and yells at customers and employees and she was so wrong. I fell so sorry for manager who has to take her abuse. She should not be working there and Joe the manager needs to step up to the plate and fire her.I was just there the day before and employees especially Eddie and other girls are so nice.

What ever they are doing with the fries it needs to be corrected, tastes like yesterday’s fries just reddipped in oil, always soggy and chewy. Ive been trying to give them a chance but it’s been failure after failure. They will not get your order right half of the time, they can barely speak English, they will take their sweet time taking, or giving you your order. The people there have no sense of urgency, they have no sense of direction within the store and more than likely in life. I say they (Mcdonalds) destroy this store and move on, this location is not doing anything good for the company. No exaggeration when I say the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to and that’s a reliable worst, they make sure to uphold that standard consistently. This is entry level stuff and they cant even do that, I’m talking day one stuff. If any of you who work there are reading this, your life is destined for a whole lot of nothing if you can’t get this work right, you can try and play it off but you’ll think back to this review and see I knew what I was talking about in do time.

I ordered a kids meal because I wanted chicken nuggets. They refused to give me double fries (which is an alternative to apple slices/yogurt) AND THEY DIDN’T EVEN GIVE ME APPLE SLICES. WHAT THE HECK. My fries also weren’t even in the little stupid cardboard, THEY WERE ON THE BOTTOM OF THE BOX AND THEY WERE COLD AS ROCKS.
