After waiting and waiting in the right lane for someone to answer (left lane had already had 3 cars order), we finally began giving our order. Then we were told to hold on in the middle of our order. Once we began again, the lady worker began asking “Anything else?” before my wife even finished speaking multiple times as if trying to rush her. First of all, we knew what we wanted and tried to be quick. She was the one who kept us waiting and acted like she was in such a rush to get our order because we we were the ones taking long when we definitely weren’t. This is why food chains need anonymous quality assurance checks and not give stores the chance to “act perfect”.

I ordered one happy meal and was asked to pull into the drive through parking spots to wait for my order. Forty five minutes later they never showed up and I had to go in myself and ask for my order with my receipt. Didn’t get a single apology or discount. The service is seriously horrendous and I usually wait it out but it was next level today

For one reason or another it seems like McDonald’s has gone down in service. There were several ordered in front of me and I have to wait in the parking lot for it. this is not just the only McDonald’s having that problem throughout city that I’ve been to.

I had the worst experience at the McDonalds in Mchperson and Delmar due to their staff. The ladies in the drive through window are extremely rude and unprofessional. The first girl that initially gave me my order was in the worst mood and when I tried to call her to see if she can exchange my dipping sauce she literally saw me that I was calling her and she still proceeded to slammed the window on me. Then another older lady comes out and asks me what I want. I told her to exchange the dipping sauce and to add the extra ice that I had originally ordered for the drink. she then rolled her eyes, and as she turned, she started to complain about me to the other employees! I could literally hear here complaining in Spanish! This is extremely unacceptable and I have never experienced such rude staff.

Out of the last 10 times that I’ve visited this location, 7-10, they have not been able to give me my order at the second window. They always send to to park out in front and have to wait for a few minutes before my food arrives. I am not ordering something complicated, and my orders have been as simple as a mc chicken, cheese burgers, nuggets, and fries. Nothing out of this world, but it blows my mind how, most of the time, they dont have stuff ready. I typically come by before kids get out of school or 5/6 pm and still same result. Need to get their stuff straight and fix this issue. I’m thinking of contacting corporate or something to get this fixed. Waited for as long as 5 minutes in a parking apot for my food. Employees seem like they don’t even want to work here sometimes. And in the mornings, they usually only have only one lane open.

Multiple times ordering mobile order and they take over 30 minutes to get my order. The lady that brought my order to me spoke to me in Spanish saying thank you and threw the bag at me. Place needs better management and better employees.

Awful. Ingrid (manager) customer service from start to finish was Rude , Unprofessional, Poor communication. I paid for a meal and was given to me incorrectly and part of my order was missing .I didn’t notice until I arrived home. Before the order was given to me I kindly repeated my order to this lady 3x. When I got home I called to ask if it could be corrected an employee who is also a manger Omar immediately yes and apologize. I went back to the restaurant and kindly told the lady (manager) who is at the drive-through window .I inform her I was missing part of my order and the other part of the order was incorrect . The lady was furious and asked what was incorrect on the order and I kindly said I asked and was charger for a chicken sandwich (4a) and was given a quarter pounder. As per the manager 4a is a meat burger . And I said no 4a 4b 4c are all chicken sandwiches . She continued to say that she gave me the correct order . And she rudely ask for my food back . I gave her the full bag she didn’t grab it and slammed the drive-through window. I didn’t move from the drive through window until she came back . I told Ingrid that I have spoke to Omar and he said he could correct my order that I had paid for . The mangers response was since he said he was going to make the order then have him make you the order. Omar came to the window and was very helpful. This is unacceptable! Amor

This has to be the dirtiest McDonald’s I have ever visited! The playground had visibly layers of filth on the equipment, I started cleaning it myself so my kids could play. Even chairs in the lobby were visibly dirty.
