I would avoid this McDonald’s at all costs! I went to order a large iced latte and was given a medium. I told them I asked for a large, the lady asked me for a receipt so I gladly gave her the receipt. The lady never told me to move from window 2 so i stayed. I never yelled, disrespected or gave anyone a hard time. Some lady come out yelling at me to move from window 2 because other people are trying to get their food. I wasn’t even told anything to move from window 2 after I gave the lady the receipt. So I move, she asks what problem I have so she can fix it, I say “oh I wanted a large” – never yelled, disrespected or ANYTHING. She started to explain to me like I’m STUPID about the sizes. Mind you she’s raising her voice at this point. I just mentioned that I always get it large and again she starts talking to me like I’m stupid. She definitely needs some training on customer service. She was practically shaking from how mad she is and I NEVER said or did anything rude to her. I wasn’t even aware lattes and coffees are different and different sizes too? She didn’t have to make me feel stupid to explain it to me. Did not get her name but she had braces and her brackets were orange. If she has a problem with working here then maybe she should look elshewhere where she doesn’t have to interact with people.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Genuinely. Consistently terrible. Long wait times every single time even if it’s not busy and will mess up your order even if theres only a few vehicles in the drive through. This has happened to me many times here. Done flipping a coin with this place, absolutely horrible location.

Great McDonald’s! Everything is up to date and modern, restaurant is clean tidy and has a nice atmosphere. Staff is friendly and service was wicked quick. Food was consistent, as McDonald’s usually is. Very satisfied with my visit and will be returning.

This place is the only McDonald’s I have trouble with, they can be very fully understand well enough to get my order correct, every single time they mess up, I understand we are a border city and have a lot of Spanish speakers but you guys should really consider hiring managers that can at least comprehend the two main languages for Laredo. It’s frustrating talking to a manager and them not understanding and then asking me to talk in Spanish. I went in yesterday for a basic order which was sausage McGriddle and 2 big breakfast they got one big breakfast right and somehow they understood sausage biscuit from”big breakfast” and my McGriddle was bacon instead. talk to the manager over the phone she couldn’t speak English correctly so she barely understood what I said and said it was fine to come tomorrow to fix it. Went in the next day for the correct order then the 3 managers working said that the other manager said she would only give me hotcakes and sausage nothing of which I ordered!!! Spoke to all three managers explaining my story 3 times which was very first very frustrating and ended up just leaving. Never going here again. All managers have an attitude

Service is always really slow at this McDonalds. They charge you and then instruct you to go park at the curbside ♀️ which takes much longer to get your food. If I wanted curbside I would order curbside .

Food was ok. McDonald’s strives for consistency. The service was not ok. Restaurant was not that busy. After my order was called out. I had to go back to ask for ketchup and salt and pepper. The bins that they have were empty. After sitting down I find out order was incomplete. Went back to cashier and everybody is walking up and down nobody acknowledges me. I called out to someone and let them know my order is wrong. They proceed to give me the missing item. No apology, no thank you, nothing. I finished my drink and went up to get a refill. I guess the manager or supervisor as she was wearing a different uniform. States that McDonald’s no longer offers refills. I asked since when? Knowing three days ago I went to different one and refills where offered. She says I don’t know and leaves shrugging her shoulders. Really bad experience service wise all around.
