I had just missed breakfast but the kind lady at the drive-thru was still able to get me a couple hashbrown’s! And when my online coupon for half price nuggets wouldn’t work she marked it down for me. Though I assumed I was charged through the mobile app because nobody ever took my card but I have just checked my email and don’t have any charges so I worry I accidentally left with free food oops… so if you guys wanna get back to me I’ll come in and pay. I’d hate for anybody to get in trouble or for the register to come up short.

They never have anyone at the register I have to ask 2-3 times for someone to take our order I hate to rate bad but sometimes when we go in the morning they don’t open on time and don’t open until later r they don’t have enough people working. Oh yeah sometimes they have no change for the bills. One day they said they had to go to the back to get my change but the manager Gwen said when they get some change she will put my change in the red box. I don’t think that she has the right to do that .I have worked with the public for about 40 years r so. Please start coming r sending mystery shopper and stop this mess. Karen Sheets

We went there about 9 in the evening. Ordered in the drive thru, the food was ok. We had issues with the drinks. They were out of the grimace shake, sweet tea, sprite, and no longer sell lemonade. We settled on Fanta orange, and it tasted gross, as did the Dr. Pepper. Never had this issue before at any McDonald’s.

Owner of this restaurant…come in as a customer. Drive thru, walk in and online order. Check it out in every phase as a customer. And check different times a day. Come and really look at how your employees are moving. From manager on down. They are representing your brand horribly. Those one star reviews are truthful. I’m working out of town and I have went to this McDonald’s 3 times just to make sure it wasn’t a bad day. Because I know bad days happens from time to time. But this is ridiculous. I would give this McDonald’s no stars at all if I could. But manager needs to check on their investment.

Arrived at 11 a.m. and after waiting at least 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us waiting to order the guy had to get the manager to help him with the register. After I paid she said receipt paper is out and said she would shout my order when ready instead of telling me the order number. We sat for a half hour before I went to the counter again then gave us food, but no drinks. The manager walked away from me 3 times before finally giving food and few minutes later drinks. Eventhough they just started serving lunch our food was cold and nasty. I ate less than half my food and threw it away. The entire staff seemed lost, probably because the manager had no clue how to run a fast food restaurant. The new Burger King will be my go to from now on.

Bad experience all around. Big Mac meal, 10 piece chicken. After sitting in long line, placed order, paid, told to go to #4 curbside. 14 minutes later brought completely wrong order. 9 minutes later brought another wrong order. Told delivery person what I ordered. Finally get order and thought everything was there. Get to beach and WHAM!! Nuggets were missing. After all the failures wasn’t worth driving another 20 min. Wish they would credit account.

The drive thru service is so bad. Everytime i order thru drive thru i end up waiting 15 to 20 minutes for a simple sandwich and or nuggets. The workers r always so rude. If there was another mcdonalds that was closer i would avoid this one at all costs. I hate this mcdonalds.
