This place has just gone under new ownership and LOOK OUT! Prices increased by $1. No music in the lobby anymore. When asked as to why there was no music, the employees said that the new owners said NO MUSIC. I have talked with other customers the they have expressed the same concerns as I have. They said that they will NOT be returning to this store. Instead of moving forward, this place has gone backwards.

I asked for no onions, no pickles and instead they just gave me a plain burger, which I did not ask for. Everyone working there is lazy and they have the worst customer service of any McDonald’s ever. The manager does not try and solve problems. She creates it and half of the people that work there don’t understand English.

Terrible service. Used to be good and reliable but now we are lucky if we get the right order when we go. Today we got an order that was literally as if it was thrown into the bag. So poorly put together. We know it’s just McDonald’s but we at least expect to get food that isn’t literally just slapped and thrown in a bag.

I went in to pickup lunch to take to my grandkids at school. It was 10:35 and I was afraid I would have to wait before I could order lunch and that was going to make me late getting to my grandkids school. To my surprise they let me order lunch, they gave me a drink carrier without me having to ask! Packed all the lunches in a large bag with handles and added extra napkins. This worked out perfectly to help me get from the car into the school. Well done Seabrook McDonald’s! You made this Mimi very popular with the grands! And the food was good and hot!

i came to this location and was dissatisfied i ordered 2 hot fudge sundaes add oreo and claudia didn’t put a full pump of syrup and thought i wasn’t going to notice, the white gentleman helped me out and she came over to ask what happened for her to go around the corner to talk mess with caroline in spanish not knowing i understand what they were saying but they got caught and i won’t be returning no wonder this location is hiring all those mexicans standing around and the same guy who helped me out went to go clean the lobby get rid of those lazy people and restart!!!!
