Had an excellent experience at this McDonald’s. The restaurant is clean and the service was prompt. The general manager Keith Boone helped us with our order today and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a memorable visit. In addition to him, the staff was extremely courteous. We won’t hesitate to visit this location! Thank y’all for the awesome service!

We went to this McDonald’s for the first and last time. We ordered two meals (Happy meal and burger with large fries). We dumped the small fry onto the tray and started to nibbled on the fries. When my husband dumped his fries onto the tray a large roach (pictured) fell out. I immediately took the tray back to the front and the manager denied that it was from their kitchen and set the tray behind the counter. I was furious when he didn’t even apologize but denied it came from their kitchen. I asked for the tray back so I could take a photo since he denied it was from their kitchen. He wouldn’t let the counter staff retrieve our tray so I stepped back and took photos of our tray with the fried roach. As we were exiting the McDonald’s there was a large dead roach right by their doorway. So disturbing in so many ways. I vowed never to set foot on that McDonald’s again.

Went in for lunch today. I visit 1-2 days a week for lunch. My Quarter-Pounder was raw. Took it to the counter, a lady apologized then brought me a second burger. This is a photo of the second burger. I left it sitting in the table when I left. Unacceptable. Disappointed.

Went through drive thru after getting off work for some vanilla ice coffee. They were horrible all milky couldn’t even taste the coffee. Went back next day they replaced them and are still gross taste like.nothing but watery coffee. I paid extra for extra vanilla and cream but seems as if their not making then w the extra. Won’t buy coffee here anymore.

The guy who took our order was literally on Xanax or something. Order 382 on 8/13. He was a Caucasian dude and spoke English yet could not listen or pay attention to put in our order correctly. Would look st the menu, tell him an item, he would repate it, and look at me like i was stupid and try to ring me up. Coupons from the app??? Out of the question… he could barely understand his own name. After serveral minutes of arguing and repeated what we wanted I started to get upset and just took a incorrect order and over paid. Ended up with 5 cups for 3 people, and I tried to order 2 drinks. Before we got our food, a guy came in mad cussing because he was waiting for his food parked in front as instructed blocking traffic.. Now my child is cursing, eating cold fries, and drinking out of 3 cups.

My wife ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, and the bun was hard as a rock. We’d already driven home before we found out the bread was stale. She ended up having to make a sandwich at home since the burger was not edible. We’ll be going across the street from now on.
