Great place to bring the kids to run out all that energy and get a bite to eat. Has a playground area inside. They do tend to focus on drive-thru over the front counter, unfortunately. Also, a great place to go for that nostalgic McDonald’s birthday party.

Why do they ask me if I want to order with the app when I’m in the drive through. I just want to be like no I would not be sitting in the drive through if I want to order with the app. just do your job and quit try to make us do it for you! And don’t ask to keep the change, it’s rude.

The food was fresh but they tried to give me the runaround when I wanted a Grimace shake, tried telling me they had ran out of them even though they had come celebrate Grimace’s birthday plastered all over the place. The table were pretty foul crumbs all over them. Kids running around screaming and going wild I blame the parents for that though. Its McDonald’s though cheap and flavorless what more can I say.

I dont eat fast food often, but we’re traveling and we’ve been here twice this week. Both times the food was correct, the service was fast and good. McDonalds should use this location for training so their other locations can operate as smoothly.

Used the mobile app and ordered 2 ice cream cones. Pulled in and waited for over 10 minutes until I finally had to go to the window to ask about the order. There was literally no one else there and he had to hunt for my order and when he found it, he just laughed about it, even though by that time we had waited almost 18 minutes. This mobile app sucks.

You can definitely tell this is an older McDonald’s just buy the play place. It has the feel of an older McDonald’s as well which is totally okay except for the fact that it is filthy on the inside. I placed a mobile order and then dined in and the more I looked around the more filth I found. For example there’s a crusty pickle stuck to the wall and it looks like somebody squirted ketchup all over the wall and they never cleaned it off. There’s also a whole cheeseburger on top of one of the walls. I also got ketchup out of the dispenser by the drink machine and it was separated, an odd color, and an odd taste.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went to go pick up my order last night from the drive thru and the lady at the front handed me a receipt and told me that my order was cancelled. When I looked at the receipt there was nothing that said the order had been cancelled. My order on the app was not cancelled either. She then proceeds to tell me to pull around and that she will bring my order to the front. I waited for a good 15-20 minutes and no one ever came. When I went inside and she told me that my order was cancelled and that there was nothing she can do on her end. I never received a refund for my order and I didn’t even receive the food I paid for. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at this location and I’ll never go back.

Terrible service. The employees forgot something on my order and acted like I was lying to them when I pointed out the one missing item. It took about 10 minutes to convince them that they were wrong. I ordered on the app and had actual proof of the missing item. Incredibly rude ladies and I really only think they helped me because my 2 year old started crying and they didn’t want to hear it any more.

My fries are almost always soggy. Every time I order a strawberry and cream hand pie they don’t have enough and offer me apple which I don’t want. When they do have the pies I want, half of them are usually burnt and inedible because they’re stuck to the box. The one time I ordered from the app it took even longer to get my food than regular drive thru.
