Sadly, this is the closest McDonald’s to my house. They regularly mess up. Customer service is poor to say the least. Quality control is lacking. The staff could care less about the customers. “Quiet Quiting” runs through this place like it’s oxygen. What a shame. I’ve tried over and over to give them pointers on how they can improve their service, but even the managers JUST DON’T CARE. I worked at McDonald’s as a teen in the 90s and the way they run McDonald’s (basically anywhere from Galveston to Houston) these days, wouldn’t have flown with our managers. They ran a tight ship. This location is an absolute nightmare. If they weren’t the one by my house, I’d never return. It’s McDonald’s… it’s really not that hard… but for them it seems to be regularly impossible to get anything right. Biggest problem I’ve noticed, is that not a single person that works there is trained correctly to begin with. So the whole place has no chance of EVER running smoothly.

Manager Said they couldn’t find my mobile order, had me pull to last window to make my food. I waited almost 10 minutes and decided to go inside. Came inside and told the manager again and she said it was being made. She walked away and asked them to make my food. Then she tells me my mobile order had been sitting here for a long time. Don’t do mobile orders here, they don’t know what they’re doing with them. This is the second time in a row they did that to me.

Sitting in the drive thru at 10:15pm for more than 30 minutes to give your order is ridiculous. You close at 11pm,, why such a big hold up?!! Customer service was very rude. Ya’ll need to manage your time better!!!

This is the closest McDonald’s to us and sadly we’ve had our orders messed up so horribly the last few times that we will be avoiding this McDonald’s from now on. Even when it’s not busy we end up with our order messed up. Not sure what’s up with this location.

I ordered mobile curbside. Took 20 minutes to bring out my order, and it was partially wrong. Ordered an Apple pie and got cherry. The older lady that brought it out did not even say anything, just had a sour look on her face as she handed me the food. Will not return to this McDonald’s . Sad

Worst ever. Cold food. A half a piece of cheese on both our filet-o-fish sandwiches- did they split it? Lol The sandwiches shrunk & also bread stale. Fries half full & cold. This location needs to get it together!

Seriously the worst place ever. I’ve given this place 4-5 visits before saying anything, but a 100% error/rude service rate is pretty impressively unforgivable. Every single time I go here, whoever is behind the mic is rude af. Weirdly the folks at both windows are always sweet and friendly, but it’s like whoever’s in the back making the order thinks they’re untouchable because we can’t see your incompetent face. To make it worse, the order is wrong EVERY. DAMN. TIME. NEVER again am I going to this one. The one on 517 is never rude and never gets the order wrong. Huh. Maybe take a field trip and learn from that one.

I go to this McDonald’s frequently. It used to be my favorite location. Something has happened in the past few months. The past 4 times I’ve been something was missing from my order. Sometimes I go back if I notice soon enough but most of the time it’s not worth the hassle to go back. Tonight their drink machine was down, they forgot the apple slices in the happy meal, forgot the fries from a meal, I got 19 nuggets in my 20 piece, and we were charged full price even though we used a “deal.” Either their employees need to be better trained or they are purposely leaving things out of orders to save money.
