I hate going to this McDonald’s because it’s always something… This time I ordered my food and paid online. I got there at 10:40 my phone was dead I thought it would be okay considering the day before the guy said he just needed the name on the order. But today this lady told me she needs my code the McDonald’s app didn’t have my code pulled up anymore because my phone had died. This is around 10:50 now I pull up where I paid for my meal and she told me no it has to be the code on the app. She was just so rude I was trying to ask her nicely to just try this one. This is around 10:55. She said I can’t do that so I’m looking for it. I just got tired and asked for a refund. So the guy behind her asked to see my online order receipt and I told him I already showed her. He said yes but I can find your order like that. This is around 11:02. He found it and she going to tell him that they can’t make it because they stop serving breakfast at 11. I told her ma’am I been here since 10:40 with the same information and you told me it was wrong. And on top of that I couldn’t even get a receipt showing my refund. So please I can’t stress this enough don’t go here.

I’d give zero stars if I could. Lady in a turquoise button up. Named Susanna her name tag said manager. was extremely rude. We stood there for a Good 6 mins while she checked meat. We were unsure if she seen us so we said hello ma’am. She gave us the side eye over her glasses and said one minute. And continued what she was doing. As she looked up and seen the line that had formed she slowly walked to take out order. I had already went to the bathroom and back at this point. No paper towels in the dispensers. Every table was completely dirty. I couldn’t wipe my own table because there were no napkins. She’s extremely slow and rude. Mind you it was 11am when we walked in. Not a person in line. Not busy at all. Like did you not prep and fill before you got busy? As we got our food. And asked for napkins she got even more mad. Smh. Uncalled for. Very rude.

Don’t go there. Adulterated food. NOT SAFE! They’re busy and the young man working the food station tonight is picking up boxes from the floor, carrying boxes from the back, and then handling the bums to make burgers. He’s not changing his gloves. He’s adulterating everything. If you’ll let your children lick the floor of Walmart, order them a burger here-same flavor. I didn’t want to stand in line for a refund because of the line. Walked away with no food and no refund best $ I ever lost. I won’t feed my children filth. Seriously, gross. I wasn’t the only person walking away either. I went straight over to a different restaurant. Check the receipt pictures- same date and minutes apart.

I have an allergy to wheat so we requested no bun. They messed it up no biggie we told them so they could remake it …. They tried to just pry the bun off and serve it to me like that… the gentleman at the counter was the only good thing he made sure they remade it
