Terrible experience – from order to service. First of all – took 30 minutes to make the order. And they still missed to put an item there. I could not even get the refund for that missing item – because the counter lady was ignoring all the customers and was just doing nothing. In 10 minutes – in everyone’s face – she took a single order – because she spotted their own employee (!) in the crowd, who wanted to get something. And then she just left – ignoring everyone else or any questions.

Food was great. But the prices are outrageous. Small hamburger $5 should be $1. Lg frys $4 should have been $1.5. Med coffee $3 should have been $1. Lg soda $3 should have been $1 .Got 6 small hamburgers. 1 large frys 2 large sodas and 1 med coffee .The price should have been under $20 not over $50. Will never go back to mc Donald’s again.

When I got there the table I sat at was dirty. A guy asking me for spare change inside the joint. The cleaner was working through the tables after I sat down, so that’s a good sign.

Got a happy meal for my kid from the drive thru. I looked in her box and they only gave her 4 fries. I turned back and parked to walk in. I told the lady they only put 4 fries in her fry packet. She went back and I thought she put some more in there so I just grabbed the box and left. When I got in my car and gave it to my daughter then I saw there were only 6 fries. I am never going back to this location. If you want McDonald’s go to the one on 61st or the Seawall.

After verifying the order multiple times through the drive thru, the order was still wrong when we received it. They ignored us at the window to ask for a replacement, and I can’t decide if the fries have been out too long or if they weren’t cooked all the way.

We ordered and waited 15-20 minutes for cold food, people standing around with full lobby, floors dirty nothing swept. Whole experience was terrible!

This place had the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. I ordered a value meal. Instead the cashier rang everything up separately negating the value of the value meal. When I brought this to his attention he just said “so what”. After trying to get him to understand I had been charged to much the manager finally came over so I thought finally I will get some service. After explaining the situation to her she rolled her eyes and asked for my card which I have to her. As she walked away she exclaimed the difference was only 36 cents. She disappeared then came back and handed me my card w with no explanation or receipt. After I checked my account of course the credit of 36 cents was not there. Where I to come in and just grab a cinnamon roll of the counter I wonder if I could use the is only 99 cents if front of the judge. It’s more the principle of the deal than the actual amount that was stolen from me. Why offer the value meal if your not going to sell it for that and why on earth would ever treat a customer as if there hard earned money war insignificant.They ain’t they be given another opportunity to do it again.

Terribly run. Very dirty and they don’t really seem to care. Soda machine was not mixing correctly. Food was average but given what we saw I don’t want to know their food safety practices. We seem to have survived. Would not recommend. Pick a different one to go to.

Horrible customer service, ordered a sweet tea apart from the meals I ordered and when I got to the window they said it was not on there and instead of just ringing it up I would have to drive back around or come inside. Then when we got our food my kids fries were cold and you can tell they had been refried and just left to sit. Do not recommend this place go to whataburger instead.

A lobby full of people while the manger was only focused on the drive thru orders. Never came to the front of the lobby and even pulled the only girl who was in the front to do drive thru orders. Door dashers orders was not ready and had stinky begging homeless people that ruined my appetite
