I ordered and ate a meal for lunch while at work. About 30mins or so after eating, I started feeling really sick to my stomach. I ended up throwing up literal drops of grease/oil from the fries. If you’ve taken basic science classes, you can tell it was actually oil and not other food or liquid. I’ve never had that happen to me before and I’ve got a pretty sensitive stomach. I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

So a friend went for a soda with light ice instead he got a small cup with ice? Inside a large cup! (see pic below). I have no idea what they were trying to do! I’m pretty sure this is NOT allowed according to food inspection, God knows where that cup came from or what was in it before, maybe someone used it and placed it inside the large cup? I don’t know… Oh once I’m finished with this review I’ll let everyone know in social media and I’m calling your health inspector I would call the manager but they have a reputation of never answering phone calls. This is unforgivable!!!

This is seriously the worst service I have ever had in my entire life. I get it, it’s McDonald’s, but come on! The young man working the drive-thru window can’t even be bothered to say one word to customers and doesn’t even greet them. Having a bad day is understandable, but treating people this badly is just pitiful and ridiculous. They constantly forget stuff too. I ordered a meal and a drink and they just gave me the drink and thought that was fine when I literally just paid for an entire meal. I don’t know what’s wrong with this place, but they need to get it together and learn some customer service skills and manners.

I wish I didn’t have to give a star at all, I’ll never return back to this McDonald’s again. The place is filthy and gross, bugs crawling in the cookie cabinet, the manager on duty is extremely rude and speaks spanish to another employee thinking that I couldn’t understand her, telling her to charge me more for a barbecue sauce that they didn’t even bother to put in my daughters happy meal that I had asked for originally, and they were both laughing and rude about me asking for a barbecue sauce for my daughter’s happy meal, I asked to speak to the manager and the girl was very rude and pointed at the lady that took my order without even saying anything, and I asked to speak to someone above her and they both just look at me like I’m crazy. I walked back in to get their names and they were all in the back customers were up at the front waiting in line and they were all in the back talking and laughing and making racial slurs. I wasn’t able to get their names but I will contact HR. Never again will I go back to this place. Truly disgusting.
