I had came through the drive through around 2:00pm and ordered a kids meal, and chicken nuggets. I received a nugget that appeared to be burnt, was missing all of my sweet and sour sauce, and missing the apple slices for my daughters kids meal. When I drove back through the drive through to have my order corrected, the manager was EXTREMELY professional and very kind and helped fix my order in less than a couple of minutes with no issues whatsoever. I’ve worked fast food before, so I understand accidents happen and how things can get hectic at times, so if I could give more stars for customer service I would! ⭐️

Although the staff is very nice at this 242 location, the food is very inconsistent. Unless you’re eating chicken nuggets, most days the food is stale and badly burnt. Breakfast foods aren’t as bad. However, the orange juice is also very inconsistent. Most mornings it tastes like soapy water with a hint of orange. Very nasty. For an establishment that hasn’t been open long I would expect the food quality to be much better.

Went & got breakfast on May 19, 2023 at 7:45am & it was far the worst experience of my life. The young short guy in the drive thru ignored us for 8 mins & got our order wrong. Was being rude from the start, I talked to the morning manager & she brushed us off & gave us an egg McMuffin with nothing in it. I usually don’t write reviews & I usually have a good experience when we do come in the afternoon. I guess the morning crew are miserable.

This McDonald’s used to be the best ⚕️ drive thru . The last 4 times I’ve been there using the mobile app the orders were wrong and the coffee was so weak (did McDonalds change the coffee) picture is a large coffee with 2 creams. I can’t wrap my head around how in mobile app where you’re reading the order is wrong. For drive thru we’ll have to start going back to the McDonald’s 242 & 45. So sad

The managers at this McD’s have it going on. The food is always hot and the service is always amazing. Even as much as going around the restaurant making sure everybody has what they need. I’m super impressed. I will be back! Not to mention the restaurant is aesthetically pleasing. It’s a very comfortable restaurant to eat in.

They ignored the left drive through lane for 7 cars! They said over microphone “be right with you”. I had cars behind me honking and changing lanes Eventually I had to pull out and everyone got before me. Then I went inside and placed my order in person, but despite my sharing what happened, all the other cars still were prioritized, and then some. The excuse was technical problems, even though the microphone worked perfectly.
