This has got to be the worst McDonald’s on 1488. I’ve been there more times than I’ve gotten to eat there. I have sat in the drive-through long enough to pay taxes on my time… the times I do get to eat there the ladies in the middle of the night or rude as ever. And most of the time when I eat the neither the cheese or anything is even cooked. Or the entire order is incorrect. All of these issues are such a common occurrence. Literally it’s a shame. Something so convenient has to be such an issue. I’d rather risk eating at the dirty old McDonald’s on 2978 before I make the drive back to this place

I just stopped through here since I’m working late so on the go. I ordered a sweet tea no ice, double cheeseburger and a hot and spicy. The gentleman that took my order was making good conversation and being friendly. I then rolled up to the first window to pay and she greeted me and even told me to have a nice night. I then went to the second window to pick up my food and I seen a few employees including the manager with BIG smiles on their face as they were all joking around with each other having a good time. I then got greeted, given my food and told to have s good night again by that gentlemen. They were all well mannered! The food tasted great. My sweet tea was on point! The only thing I’m upset about is that they didn’t give me any ranch for all this extra lettuce I have with my hot and spicy! Overall, good job!!

Once told to move up to the first window employee read off wrong order and wasn’t able to find mine… needed to call manager for help with 1 small black coffee. After it was reordered and payment processed I was told to move up to the next window. Moved up to the second window and then was told to move up to the 3rd window that looked like a storage room where I sat for over 10 minutes. After realizing that I’ve been there sitting for a while and watching others in the back of me get their food and roll off, I blew my horn once to remind them that I was still there waiting.

The sweet lady working the front was absolutely amazing!!! We told her that our power was out and she prayed over me, my best friend and my boss. The power of prayer in that woman worked!! The power came on literally two minutes after we left. She was amazing and so sweet and blessed to have met her!! Thank you so much!

Burger was raw. Called and manager did not speak much English. Was of no help. Asked for owner or someone that speaks English and he told me the owner never checks on restaurant. Never eating at this McDonald’s again. See photo. Only positive is the lady’s in drive thur are very nice and fast. Means nothing if I get sick. Slow down and cook the food properly.

Review is for drive thru: I’ve got to stop coming here. Maybe for cones only. Requested a half hot chocolate, half decaf one evening because I didn’t want a mocha with all that sweetness and caffeine. She said they couldn’t do it. I said okay. Tried to order a decaf separately and a hot chocolate separately. She lied and said they were out of hot chocolate. Got to the window to pick up and was being handed a mocha – said no thanks. Asked if they had hot chocolate. She said YES. Asked if they hadn’t run out? She said NO. Disgraceful. They then proceed to take 15 minutes to hand me two separate cups of decaf and hot chocolate.

The older white lady manager in early morning is awesome. Ms. Joan is the absolute BEST.. Mexican manager is rude and needs to be fired. You should take customer service classes. It looks like the rest are confused, standing around and it’s total caos. It is so rude for all the employees to stand around and SPEAK Spanish. And everyone should know now to make their signature drinks. The hardly EVER make my mocha the right way#!! Why??? Train your PEOPLE

Came in 2 months ago with an app order of spicy McNuggets. The person at the window said they had no spicy McNuggets after they charged me for my meal. I asked for a refund to my card and I would get something else. The employee refused and said he would replace it with a $1 hamburger. I told them to fix the issue, but they became rude. I tried issuing a refund through the app to no avail. Definitely not going here again

Not surprised their rating is already so low. We went in middle of night and the person working drive thru didn’t take our codes from the app when we ordered, rather they waited till we were at the window. When they wait till we are at the window the code has already expired so they tell us “it won’t work” and since it won’t work they say we can’t use the deal.
