There are several to choose from at the very next exit; sonic, whataburger, Popeyes, Burger King…they are all superior to this poor excuse fora restaurant.

Ordered two meals. 1st meal i asked for ranch and barbecue sauce. 2nd meal was the chicken nugget meal. Asked for sweet and sour and barbecue sauce. I got my meals and only sweet and sour and 1 barbecue. I did get charged for creamy ranch and barbecue sauce on the receipt. Went to counter to ask for sauce and the rude lady that worked in the back said i had to pay for it again. I showed her the receipt and she stated no you already got it you need to pay again. Even though she could clearly see i never got the sauce. I see why she works at McDonald’s the customer service is always horrible.

Ordered 2 strawberry/cream pies. Store failed to call my order number to tell me they didn’t have the pies in stock. I had to walk up to the counter to be told that and because I ordered via the kiosk they couldn’t refund me. A store with a kiosk installed should have the capability to refund items that they didn’t have in stock as well as modify items related to their stores. A customer who chooses to order via the kiosk should also have details as if they were ordering at the counter. What is the point of the kiosk if the streamline process is flawed. Even Redbox has the capability to tell someone if a movie they want to rent is not available. 3 dollars is nothing to me but to someone else it may be all they had and to not be able to get a refund is absurd.
