Let me start by saying that usually this is THE BEST MCDONALDS in town….. however tonight just wasn’t the case…. I got a broken, wet drink holder and my drinks almost spilt in the car. My order was not correct. The tea was old and sour… the attendant at the window seemed like I was bothering them and almost forgot to get my payment then was rude about the payment when we finally got to that..I know it’s fast food but I was disappointed with the service tonight.

It was 9:45 at night, I went through the drive thru to get my son a mcflurry. It took 20 minutes before I even got to the first window to pay. I saw the young guy at the window walk away. Thought maybe he would be back to take my money. Kept hearing some noise but figured they were cleaning in the building. Then I heard a lady yell. When I looked ahead the lady at the second window was banging on the metal piece outside her window and yelling at me to pull up. At this point I sat for 25 minutes total for one mcflurry and multiple people had already drove off. Working at a fast casual place myself I have them grace until this happened. My question is why didn’t the guy tell me he was closing down his register and to pull forward. Instead I’m getting screamed at by the lady up front. Then she was rude when I got to the window as if I caused the line to back up. Nope, that was on you guys!

Every morning i come order 1 thing, a frappe, and every morning it takes nearly 20 minutes to get my order. The crew seems to be more focused on drive thru then dine in customers. Speed of service is horrible. There seems to be no urgency with the crew to take care of the customers in the lobby!

I don’t normally write reviews but I don’t understand how every time I go to this location (even if its typically later in the day) that they always either forget the sauce I asked for, or give me the completely wrong one. I am a semi regular at this location purely because of it’s distance to my home but truly I can’t fathom the laziness some of the night shift workers have. I am respectful to all of them but I am constantly disappointed by the attention to detail. Take some pride in your job.
