They tried to charge me .38 cents for water, because the multimillion corporation can’t afford to give free tap water with ice to someone… I’ve never been charged for a water cup before and after I walked out I went to taco bell right outside Walmart and they hooked it up with a large water cup. Just had to show love to the workers there.

i came here to eat and wait on my oil change. i ordered something small and the lady who took my order was very sweet. when the food was ready, the manager called my name and delivered it to me at my seat with a smile on his face which made me feel like the service was exceptional. unfortunately, as time went on, i saw the true colors of the manager. he was loudly yelling in spanish that he didnt want a guest there simply because he was homeless. mind you, this guest was a paying customer who was eating in the corner and minding his business. the manager was making these comments because the gentleman looked sweaty. keep in mind, its noon and 96° (but it feels like 107° with the humidity). a young teenage cashier had to be the one to defend the guest, and it was so disheartening to see the lack of empathy displayed by someone in a position of leadership. how can someone so disgraceful be proud to be in this position without feeling ashamed or the desire to be a better human? especially as a fellow latina, i am embarrassed and ashamed that the manager (whos clearly an immigrant and came to the US for a better opportunity) isnt willing to extend basic courtesy to someone who is in a position that needs a helping hand.

The service is hit & miss here. You can say the same for employees. Mostly they are unfriendly and uncaring. The food is usually decent though. If they feel like it they’ll bring the food to your table but don’t count on it, lol.

The little manager(young slim black lady) was very calm and professional. Her Customer service was great and she helped my Togo order to be fixed. It was super busy, but she patiently managed the employees well and kept that store running smooth.

The McDonald’s crew members here work so well together. I love their customer service. The lobby is always clean and I can charge my phone here. I was told about the app and it makes ordering just a bit easier. My food is always prepared and out to me in an efficient time and manner. They’re teamwork makes all the difference. They said they aren’t taking points or mobile order not even door dash but I just seen a door dash delivery driver outside. I feel sad this is how you treat ppl when I used my points yesterday and he claimed the system hasn’t worked for two days. I hate when ppl lie especially when they are in fact the general manager. They seen black people and right away they wasn’t taking anything. I literally seen the mcdelivery from door dash.
