Still waiting after 11 minutes in the drive thru for a simple cheeseburger. The car in front of me waited for a long time as well, and when the food finally came out, receipts and food bags went back and forth from the window to the car. By the time I got to the window, the young lady that took my order and money at the first window was there now to hand people their orders, because the person that was there before obviously didn’t know what they were doing. It’s not hard. There are screens everywhere that tell you which customer is supposed to get what food and drink.

Today management was very poor. Didn’t realize cause of the long line outside. I went inside to order, that was a mistake. Normally they are quick but breakfast rush was awful. A man in front of me had already waited 20 plus minutes and all cause of a iced coffee he was waiting on. A lady behind me came in for a order that was done on mobile app.Her order was still not ready after she said it was ordered online 30 minutes prior. Trying to get her free meal. I ordered on the kiosk inside and the machine didn’t provide with a receipt or number. No manager was assisting us only cause the lady wanted to know if her order was ready. She was being very polite and patient with her order and so was I. I still had know one but a short Mexican lady finally check on my order. The manager was all over the place and taking outside orders. But not once did she apologize for the waiting the other lady the short Mexican lady did. To much chaos this morning and either to many people handling orders and not enough cooks it seems like. I’m leaving pictures of my order and what time I finally received it. So can check it out. Please get this settled

Every time I come it takes too long to get my order. This last time I did a curbside order and it said 2 to 5 minutes for the wait. I waited 20 minutes. Then I called them and they said oh it’ll be right out. 15 minutes later it still wasn’t out. I called again. No one answered and I finally canceled the order and left. Another customer waited longer than I did and she had to go in to get her order. That’s ridiculous

Soft drink mix is off, Dr. Pepper is un drinkable. 2 days in a row where the English muffins are burnt. I know they’re new there, but somebody needs to pay attention a little more to the details.

I started off by sitting in the drive thru line for 10 mins just for the truck in front of me not to be helped. He drove back around and got into the other line. He was probably waiting there for a while considering multiple cars were being helped next to him. That’s to start off. I change my pick up option to take out. I go inside and wait for 30 minutes for my order. A few others and myself sat in the lobby without being helped. Just looked at and walked by. Working in the food industry I understand how it can be. But not acknowledging people at the front that need to be helped is ridiculous. I ended up leaving without my order because I was not going to make it to work on time. I even tried calling multiple times for a refund and no answer.

The food was good. I was not at a busy time so it was very prompt and no complaints from me in obtaining my order. Getting a refill of my drink took a while since the employees were busy with primarily drive-thru customers and won’t necessarily see a customer at the lobby counter.

Awwww…I ordered a Homestyle Burger add Bacon. See anything missing? I waited in line for 25 min and received cold fries! I ordered a large drink and they handed me a med. What a mess.

They spit in your drink when you ask for refill and take 15 minutes to make a big mac. They even gave me my order before this old couple that had already been waiting 5 minutes. Very impersonal robitic sort if mcdonalds with creepy staff. Wont be coming back.

This is now rated the worse McDonalds. Have been in drive thru minimum 15 minutes. Ordered food online. Drivethru was all the way back to front of store. I go in the beat the line. Lady inside was rude. Didn’t want to help me in anyway. No compromising or anything. Will never return to this location. Every order should be on every computer!!!! Ridiculous !!!!
