I’ve had issues from 20+frappes being made barely crushed ice to food being so stale and burnt I couldn’t eat it. Today was the last straw. It’s like they are trying to catch an 4ss whooping. I debate every time I come here if it’s worth even employing these pathetic workers and owner… TLDR: been coming here for 2 years 100+ visits and my opinion is they just want to be shut down on purpose it’s that pathetic. Photo included my “limited jalapeño quarter pounder double” they not only forgot the additional patty but this patty isn’t even a quarter pounder patty…

Lol I’m having a horrible day off..first I went to a salad place a few blocks away from this McDonalds and asked for my money back because I found a long piece of gray or light blond hair..After getting my money back I stopped at MD and ordered and paid for a Large #1 with a coke and some picante sauce instead of ketchup…as I’m leaving DT I reached inside the bag for some fries and I notice they gave a small sizs bag of fries and no picante sauce…so I turned around and talked to guy who took my order, checks my receipt and tells me to go to the DT window and that they will replace my fries for me and give me the picante sauce (it’sin the receipt)…..the girl in DT took my small fries and wanted to throw them back in the basket with the other fries and when I honked my car to tell her she’s not supposed to put those back…She gave me attitude…the female manager gave me a nasty look and when she brought my new fries she put the picante sauce on top of my fries (check pictures) so THEY STILL GAVE ME ANOTHER HALF EMPTY MEDIUM SIZE FRIES!!!…and to make it even worst…I get home and they gave me Dr Pepper instead of Coke…

I haven’t been to McDonald’s in a few years and a $7 crispy chicken sandwich that had 0 sauce on it was surprising. Then to top it off it wasn’t really that good. I was disappointed with the purchase. This item is seriously overpriced. We went through the drive-thru ordered 2 happy meals and the crispy chicken sandwich and only got the happy meals until I ask for my drink and had to ask for my sandwich. It was not good service.

I used the mobile app to order a carmel frappe with EXTRA caramel drizzle for curbside pickup. The order was placed at 10:03am and I was parked in spot 3. At 10:14am after watching the drive through lady sit in the window waiting for something to do I walked into the location to ask where my drink was and that is when they began to make it.

Thanks to Mateo for helping me out this morning. I haven’t been to a McDonald’s in more than 6 years and because of his great customer service, I’ll definitely be back! Specifically this location. You just don’t get caring managers these days and it can really make or break an experience. The coffee and McGriddle and eggs were great too!
