I have been a regular lately to thisMcDonald’s location and just wanted to show my appreciation for consistentlydoing a goodjob. My usual fish sandwich is cooked to order so it’s always hot and fresh along with the french fries. The wait isn’t bad either bothinside and in thedrive-thru.

Was really impressed with how clean this McDonald’s was. Was super quick to get my order like less then 5 minutes I think. Staff is extremely courteous. My orange juice was off and they brought me a new one that was perfect.

This place never seems to get the order right. The drive through is also too slow. On my last order I ordered a deluxe McCrispy with cheese, honey mustard, and extra pickles. It was missing the cheese, the tomatoes, and the honey mustard. Also, the doors were locked earlier than what’s posted outside.

I highly WOULDN’T recommend coming to this Mc Donald’s at all. Iv been here a couple of times and each time it’s worse and worse. The Drive threw employee’s need more training on talking to customers. They always forget to give you the receipt. Overcharge you and say sorry It was a mistake.

mobile order in advance. reached the store, 3 cars in front of me, 5 cars behind me. waited for my order until all cars were gone only mine for 4 sausage mcmuffins!!! 10 minutes of wait. and the staff excuse was the other orders were big breakfast. the owner of this franchise shld train the managers so that fast food chain wont become slow food.

Very seemingly clean location, but that’s where the excitement ends. When we walked in, we waited at the counter for awhile, and not one person from behind the counter made eye contact or greet us. Awkward. There’s over a dozen of them. We proceed to the digital kiosk to place our order. Once the food comes out, I head to the pickup counter and notice that none of my drinks are with the order. Cool… they are probably coming! One lady eventually barks out What Are You Missing? Coffee? I reply “Yes coffee and an orang…” she’s gone. I wait for about 7-8 minutes as my food slowly dies in front of me. Not one word from any employee, no eye contact. Very uncomfortable. We finally get our order and the dining room starts to fill up with customers. Over the course of our meal, we saw about 25 irritated customers who weren’t getting any kind of service or attention. The manager seemed to be pushing out orders on her own, with no support. It felt like everyone was upset and not a friendly environment. Skip this location, save time, and keep your good day going.

Ordered Big Macs and two cheeseburgers in drive through…. Got home no cheeseburgers and the Big Macs (both of them) had only one burger and side finished but yet we still got the bread. Went back to have manager make it right and he acted as though we were at fault. Worst drive through and customer service.

Had a mobile order 20mins before the locations listed close time but when arrived the lobby and drive thru where already closed down. Pulled up to one of the windows to ask about the order or some means of refund or something to make up for the early closing, was told the system’s where down and theres no way of making up for the order. As theres no easy means of cancellation for the order on the app nor notice that the store is closing early im left with a really sour impression of the location. If systems go down the app shouldn’t accept more orders especially if you cant cancel the order or have it moved to a different location. Do not reccomend. Especially when the person spoken to had an attitude when appealed for some kind of solution to the problem.
