My daughter just came from the drive through. This is how her Big Mac was prepared (see attached pictures). They left the whole top half of the burger plain. No meat, no sauce, just a top and middle bun. She was also missing a separate order of French fries.

Bad experience with the morning “manager”. He claimed his system is down so they can’t take rewards from the app so I have to pay full price. I told him it’s a McDonald’s issue and not mine so he should discount it. His exact words were, “if you’re going to make a big deal about it I can give you the sandwich.” That’s NOT customer service. If he is in fact a manager they need to look at who they place in those positions and put the customer first.

I’m not usually one for negative reviews. Tonight I went through the drive through, the guy that took our order was super rude but not something I’d write a review about. It’s McDonalds, they’re always annoyed you’re there. I get to the window and some girl with a brown ponytail (never saw her face) handed my drinks to me with her back turned, behind her back, venting to a coworker about something while never looking at me. I had no confrontation with the drive through worker so it wasn’t about that. She literally did not turn around, I’ve never seen anything like that before. I know McDonald’s isn’t Chick fil A but you guys are just hiring ANYONE. After that some guy tossed my food at me with zero words. Sometimes the Karens are the employees. Rude as hell while we had no confrontation.
