1 of the better McDonald’s locations, although they do occasionally make mistakes or take way too long to bring out your order (i.e. like 15-20 minutes). Most of the time they are more prompt & bring out things correctly, but lately there has been an uptick in apathy. I have also gotten expired milk for my child’s happy meal at this location on at least 3 occasions… but & however they do make the best coffee & cafe items at this location… & they’ll correct an issue if you bring it to their attention -which is more than I can say for other locations.

Today I experienced the worst customer service ever. I never leave reviews but I am today. Did a mobile order and got to the window…they told me to pull up and I explained that is fine but it needs to hurry because I have to return to work in 15 mins. I waited over 10 minutes then called inside for a refund…Hannah said I needed to come inside to get a refund and then proceeded to tell me “the order was literally going out the door” and I said well I can see both doors and don’t see anyone. I don’t have time to come inside which is why I chose to mobile order to begin with…she then says she is making the frappe for the order at that moment! The app leaves no way to cancel the order which needs attention and she is screaming at me and is SO very rude! Still another 3 minutes before the food arrived… I was afraid to drive off and for not getting a refund. The lady who brought out the order was completely embarrassed by her so everyone inside heard her behavior toward me on the phone. The fries were burnt and the pie was ice cold after all that..had to put the food in the trash. I will be seeking a refund. The way the people talk to a customer is unbelievable these days. She should have been sent home on the spot in my opinion. I will never go back, I would rather drive a little further than be treated this way.

This McDonald’s can be great or leave you angry. 1 out of 3 orders always has something left out. I went today had a hashbrown and spicy buffalo sauce both of which I paid for left out. You have to always check your orders here. Don’t leave without checking. The frequently leave things out, they will read you the screen of what you ordered and will still end up messing your order up. Also, note, if you order a custom burger, 50% of the time whomever is making it, may end up globbing it with mayo. Seems on purpose especially on a Friday night. This is the only McDonald’s close by or I would probably go to another. May have to after today. Just disappointing they don’t do a better job of ensuring all of the food you paid for, including sauces is added into your bag. I always use the app, no excuse of I misheard.

So cold in the dining room, we had to sit in the playground. We laughed at other people’s kids. Senior drinks are 0.49$ each and $3.50 for fries and double cheese burger are great fast food by any standard. Good Times

Worse customer service ever . Just spent 50.00 in the drive thru . They sent me to sit and wait . 15 minutes later they deliver our food minus a double burger. I go inside and ask for the missing burger . Young man gets to making it . Ms .maribelle decides to announce she’s the manager and we should of had her handle the situation and per-seeded to tell me the burgers in the bag and continued to argued with me . Then question why I allowed the young man to handle the situation all the time insisting the burger was in the bag. I just spent 50. 00. Do you think I would be inside asking for just a burger if I was dishonest . So now we’re on 30 minutes, all the while my fries are now cold and I ask for fresh fries and she ignores me .along with the staff who apparently are afraid of ms maribelle. I had to leave then or I was going to Lose my manners. We eat there at least once a week for the past 12 years. I am so disappointed in the service and the food.

Bad Syntax
Fries are almost always bad (and I eat there daily). If your fries are not crunchy bend when held sideways they are not cooked properly. They should be stiff and slightly crispy, not wet and greasy noodles.

So why is it the cost of food is going up the food quality should to or at least stay the same. Sadly this is not the cases the food came looking like it had been dropped on the floor and kicked around. The taste was God awful cold soggy fries with even colder sandwiches the cheese didn’t even melt.

The morning crew is great! It’s the evening drive thru crew that is questionable. I’m the only person in the drive thru yet I’m asked to pull forward to the reserved spot. Why? I’m the only person in line! I ordered a Quarter Pounder. No fries. No drink. Not a special order. I’m not a fussy Karen.
