I literally never post reviews but this McDonald’s location was terrible. We are on a 10 hour road trip and we stop to eat and use the restroom. The restroom seats are covered in pubes, feces, and other substances. The floor is covered in toilet paper and is sticky, while the counter and mirror are covered in water and soap. That’s just the restroom. The fries were cold and no napkins in the bag so when they bring out the two mcflurries we had gotten with cracks in the cup to our car we couldn’t clean in up. There attitudes were horrible and that’s including the manager on duty. Even when I was in highschool working at McDonald’s with teens running the restaurant it never got anywhere near that bad.

Look McDonalds has pretty standard food no matter where you go. But service LMFAO WOW!!! Food was almost thrown at us from drive through window and tried to forget our drinks until we showed our receipt. But when you are in the middle of nowhere with a lack of choices. You sometimes have to take a middles finger or drive an hour out.

Disgusting bathrooms, cold food, the fries were half full, they forgot part of our order, asked for our blizzards that they forgot and when they did hand them over they were coated in ice cream. Both workers we encountered were rude. Horrible location.

I feel SO bad that I didn’t get the clerk’s name when we stopped by, but she was amazing! We’d had a not so good trip to Beaver’s Bend, we were cranky and had gone to 3 other fast food joints that were closed before stopping in. I asked her about the sale to get a Big Mac for $1, and she told us that sale was already over. BUT, she suggested we check our app for other great deals and we wound up having a FREE Big Mac with a purchase in my app. So, we wound up ordering more food than intended because of her help. She was all smiles the whole time and was super helpful! The whole time we were in the dining area eating, she was running from the drive thru to the front counter helping everyone as needed. There was other employees in there working hard too, we just noticed her specifically because she was all smiles the whole time. Thank you for making our morning better than it started out! This will now be one of our main food stops every time we are in the area!

Little girl at the window doesn’t know the reason why placing the orders on the screen was put in place? Had a serious issue with correcting the order. Took at least 5 min before i even got to pull up. A lot of breathing in the mic, and she was short at the window. Took longer to get the food than it should. Young man at the window was slow. But the order was mostly correct.

Every time i come to this mcdonalds in the morning there is only 1 person running everything ..im not angry at her she is trying but the manager or owner of this place should be ashamed. People have to wait 20 minutes just to get their food. She cooks..takes orders…and works the window. Shameful.. are you that cheap you can’t get people to help her??? No more business from me. You should give her a raise. She tries and she can barely walk.. disgusting behavior from the owner/manager
