Stopped by on the way to Dallas for breakfast. Had to repeat my order 4 times. The young lady taking the order still got it wrong. I was asked to pull forward to wait on my order in stall 1. The car behind me had to pull ti stall 2. This was very foolish. The stalls block the drive thru when cars are trying ti leave.

They ask EVERY car to pull forward or park in their reserve parking JUST so their time doesnt run over but claim some part of your order isnt ready. By the time you park your order is coming out the door. Its ridiculous and a waste of time.

Pulled us forward. Lost our order, so probably have it to the wrong people. Then completely forgot about us and left us sitting in the spot they pulled us up to. Finally went inside, it was just sitting on the counter, no one brought it out, they basically left it to get cold.

We use the mobile app alot of the time. You’d think getting the order ahead of time the food would at least be close to being ready but it never is. We almost always have to pull forward and wait at least 10 min for it to be out. Very frustrating.

I waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes before I decided to reverse and just go inside to order. It’s 10:25 a.m & by time my order is taken it is now 10:30 I ordered hot cakes with sausage, a large o.j, sausage egg and cheese McGriddle with a L drink. The girl taking my order said they would call the number on my receipt when my order was ready. She was polite. Well I proceeded to wait & after 22 minutes I stepped up to the counter and asked about my food. Which I was told they had no more breakfast and could give me lunch or refund me. I understand it’s fast food and they get busy but this was absolutely ridiculous. Henryetta McDonald’s needs to do better!! 04/01/2023

Stopped thru while traveling for vacation. I had to make a quick change to my mobile order and I was met with the smiling face of the cashier Peyton. She relayed the message to the manager and my order was just the way I wanted. Peyton exhibits what customer service should be. She was helpful and smiled the entire time. I can tell she is young but she seems to have am excellent work ethic.

Honestly, if i could give 0 stars i would. every time we go to this mcdonald’s there’s a problem. i was the only one in the drive through and asked for mcchickens and i got cheeseburger’s instead. once i asked for the mcchickens and not the cheeseburger the manager wouldn’t even talk to me, they sent an employee to tell me i needed to come inside for a refund to ring up the correct order, that wouldn’t have been a problem if the employee working the intercom wouldn’t listened to me the 3 times i told him i wanted mcchickens.
