Giving this store 0 stars in reality but it won’t let me post without giving at least 1.They’ll never have my business again! So stinking ridiculous and unprofessional! I walked in store to order breakfast and stood at the counter for 10 minutes and not 1 single person would take my order or even acknowledge that I was even standing there waiting patiently. They weren’t even busy! The whole time I’m standing there watching a woman wiping the counter making eye contact with her and yet she just continues to look down and not acknowledge that there’s a customer standing right in front of her. I can’t say that’s ever happened to me and it was very rude and awkward to say the least. There were 2 other people that came up to the counter as well, but they just pretended I wasn’t standing there. I made eye contact with 3 different people and not a single one greeted me or asked if they could help me, so it’s ok I guess. I’ll take my money elsewhere to someone that will actually take my order. So unprofessional and really frustrating and you lost a customer that’s been coming there for 30 years. In all the years I’ve been coming there, I’ve never just been straight up ignored,especially by 3 different people at that! Never again! I know that much. So rude

I really like McDonald’s food, but today their customer service was awful. A couple workers were nice but the manager was not being very understanding. We had a coupon and at the bottom of it, it said any size drink but she came over and changed them all to medium so when we realized that, we told her what the coupon says and she basically told us we were wrong because she said it probably says medium drinks. Then we said that it said any size and she said “well it’s our policy.” Also we tried to get a military discount and she said we couldn’t because of the promo even though we had stuff that wasn’t on the coupon. Overall it was not a good experience and I don’t know if we’ll be going back to that one any time soon.
