Piedmont Rd & NE Expressway location. Since remodeled, this location is so hard to get anyone to wait on people at the front counter. Walk in and the person at the fryer and sacking food both look at you, but I guess it’s not their job to wait on you or tell someone who can that there is someone waiting to order. Scanners don’t work, so a person has to enter your code from the app and then they aren’t sure they even remember how to do that. Today, the total showed on the register, but didn’t show on the credit card reader. I tried to explain to the lady that it wasn’t allowing me to pay and she tells me ” but here’s your sandwiches.” I told her again that the credit card reader wasn’t taking my payment. I asked if she wanted me to pay and she tells me no, it’s OK. Well, I appreciate a free meal, I can’t imagine this being standard practice for all front counter transactions. There was 3 people in line behind me and 2 left to go through the drive thru. The other poor guy was a door dash driver. Don’t know how long they were going to make his wait. POOR customer service at this location!!

Got an Oreo McFlurry from this location yesterday… It literally looked like someone had eaten 1/3 of the McFlurry. I would have just bought the McDonald’s employees a McFlurry too had I known they were going to eat 1/3 of mine.

Had a very hard time understanding the broken English comething through the drive-through. They also messed up my breakfast order. I ordered a sausage cheese biscuit and two breakfast burritos. I had to turn around after driving 5 miles away to get my refund because I never got my second breakfast burrito. A little attention to detail would go a long way.

Be aware that the dining room is temporarily closed for renovation, but drive-thru and curbside are open. It’s McDonald’s, so it’s not high cuisine – but they get my orders right, and the food is hot and fresh. Can’t complain about any of that.

This was my first time at this location. Early Sunday morning , there was no one in the lobby. The cashier was very unfriendly. Would not smile to save her life. She acted as if I had killed her dog or something. The gentleman behind us ordered his food, then politely said, smile. She looked at him with discussed and walked away. The employee sacking the drive-thru was reading her text messages instead of doing what she’s paid to do. Very poor management here.

older Hispanic lady at the drive thru is super rude rushes you and cuts you off when you are trying to order she also doesn’t listen clearly we had to yell multiple times to get a frozen coke we told her we had a second order and she cut us off and told us to pull forward. When I went to McDonald’s I ordered a happy meal with extra fries with a frozen coke and when I got my food I had no napkins and and only 1 baby fry. Smh when you bag the food the screen literally says everything that goes with the order. I just don’t understand how you can look at the order multiple times and still not get everything right. I understand sometimes people mess up. But when your business is slow at the time and still can’t get it right

If I could leave zero Stars I would. I waited inside the store for 33 minutes to receive a $12 order. I understand they have a problem hiring people to do the job but if you don’t have the people to do the job you should put a closed sign on the door and not take people’s orders. I don’t understand why the drive-thru was moving so quickly but somebody who walked inside to sit down to eat had to wait 33 minutes to get their food. Makes absolutely zero sense to me. I finally asked for a refund and waited another 5 minutes and then they had the food ready. They obviously were not willing to give me a refund. It’s sad that this place has such horrible customer service as it is the closest McDonald’s to where we live. There isn’t another one for several miles. We have been here several times and this will be our last. The customer service is always horrible.
