Very busy McDonald’s. We had to wait a few minutes for a cashier to take our order. Otherwise, food was good, restaurant was clean.

My main complaint with this McDonald’s is the same with the other stores, service. Between the drive-through, online orders, and in store activity they just can’t keep up. I spent at least 20 minutes waiting for my order inside and when I did get it, it was short fries. They also didn’t have enough pies to fill the order. I have to place the blame squarely on management as she didn’t seem to have things under control for the lunch crowd. If I can, I will probably avoid McDonald’s going forward.

The sorriest McDonald’s, that I’ve ever encountered. Every time I’ve used the drive thru, I’ve had pull over and park to wait for my order. No mater what it is. If you don’t ask for napkins or ketchup, you won’t get any. Bought large fries and requested ketchup. They gave me two packs of ketchup. One insult after another. I will not do business with a cowardly business. Worst McDonald’s ever in Sulphur Oklahoma.
