This place is filthy! Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a month or more! The employees seem unattentive and unwilling to take orders from the register. There are flies everywhere! The food is marginally edible. Half the time they throw yfood in the bag and everything is so tossed around it’s unedible. The flies were so bad , I was forced to take my food out to my vehicle. The fries were cold and soggy. Will not be returning

I would say it’s hit and miss. Closer to 3.5 stars. But the staff is always friendly, they just seem short staffed. There is usually a wait. However that seems typical most places these days. That said sometimes the food is lukewarm. But I grew up on and still love an occasional big Mac or chicken nuggets (which must be shared with the doggos). Plus $1 for a large tea makes my southern heart happy.

I wish I could contact this locations corporate office because I just moved here to Pea Ridge last year and I have gotten mcdonalds only 3 times since I’ve moved here and every single time I have gotten it my fries and chicken has been old and stale. Im not one to complain very often but after the 3rd time and everytime I have gotten food here I have to say something. It’s ridiculous. I live 2 mins away from this mcds and i ordered a pick up order and showed up literally right after I ordered it in hopes that our food would actually be somewhat fresh this time and it wasn’t even close. Im not picky at all and understand that it’s not gonna be fresh everytime but what I was given tonight was just unacceptable. There was only a total of 5-7 mins from when I placed my order and when I picked it up so I know that it wasn’t because I waited to long to pick it up. I learned that a long time ago. They need to do something, this is the worst location that I have eaten at. It’s pitiful. Try to be nice and buy my kids nuggets for once and they won’t even eat it because they are too stale. Unbelievable.

Mc D has graduated from poor service to no service. The prices have gone up and I had to chase down an employee to beg for a ketchup packet.
