This location had the cleanest restaurant area that I have ever seen in any of the McDonalds I have been in ever. Kudos to the staff. The kiosk ordering was a nightmare. I would like to consider myself somewhat tech savvy… that being said it took me three tries to get my order processed on that thing. We waited an excess amount of time for our order and than we were missing half the order. The staff were quick to correct our order and everyone was polite and respectful. I put blame on the kiosk ordering!!! Only did it to get my points. I will definitely use my phone app moving forward.

The store was very clean, as were bathrooms counters and floors. My salad was fresh and tasty. I was greeted, treated fairly and served in less than three minutes. The young staff eagerly posted for the picture demonstrating their commitment. All stars

Food was good but all the employees AND Management were standing around shucking & jiving an NOT paying attention or getting any work done. If I was an incognito regional manager, everyone at this location would be looking for a different job—Not with Mc Donalds. Just my 2 cents worth.

Food was great. Came out quick and hot. One of the kiosk things didn’t spit my ticket out though. Had to use another one to get my ticket. The only thing that’s keeping me from giving this place 5 stars is the fact that someone got my chicken sandwich mixed up with my teammate’s chicken sandwich. So that tells me that the employees don’t pay very good attention. Other than that, everything went pretty smoothly and nicely.

For the last 9 years, this place has misplaced orders, messed up orders, and pay for service to not recieve the food. I have lost a lot of money in this place. The food is always soggy or cold, wrong, or missing. It’s the WORST McDonalds in the state.
