I never leave bad reviews ,but I have to this time. this is my 3rd bad visit here. I received the wrong order after a long wait and the breakfast sandwich was nasty….and not even warm. Hash brown was a bit soggy and a little bit warm.

Denise was very nice. The line was backed up to the street around 11:30 PM on 5/4, and it was just her and the cook working. I forgot to ask to cooks name or I would have mentioned them too. It took some time to get through, but Denise was working both windows and lanes for the huge line while one person cooked for everyone. I feel bad the crew was so understaffed when a rush that big came late at night.

Ordered through the app for curb side pick up. 20 minutes later and still no food so I go inside to see what’s up. They apologize and I get my food 5 minutes later. Get out to my truck and they messed up my burger. Go inside to tell them and they said would fixe right up. 15 minutes later I finally get correct burger. They where nice about it and even refunded me burger price. But come on over 30 minutes for fast food? Ridiculous in my opinion. Everyone has a bad day but this is crazy.

I came to Arkansas from Georgia for my job.. My first night here 2/19/22,I decided to have McDonald’s. I ordered a Big Mac,no pickles because I’m allergic to pickles… As always,I look at my sandwich to make sure it’s made right… My ticket said no pickles,so why was pickles on my sandwich… The sandwich was remade.. The fries were not hot.. Not Acceptable… Tonight 2/22/22,I decided to go in for my remake of the Big Mac and then decided to order more.. The food is not hot at all,the fries are cold and the presentation of the food is horrible.. You eat with your eyes before you taste anything.. The spicy chicken sandwich was put in a bag,which is suppose to come in a little box like the big mac… I will not be ordering from this McDonald’s or any McDonald’s in Arkansas… Georgia have problems at times,but atleast the food is fresh and presentable. I can’t wait to go back home…

The worst place to attempt to get food from, what a joke for service. I have already left a google review for 3 failed trips to even get to order. They advertise 24hr ordering and yet from 12am thru 430am no success. I just returned to my room because I attempted to order Hot Cakes and Sausage and was told that they are out of serving trays for that and I need to order something else. No thank you, I will find someplace else to eat. I will be sure to notify our traveling team to steer clear of this McDonalds.

Business advertising 24hr ordering. I tried to order at drive-thru at 12am and then at 12:30am and both times was told that currently they were not serving anything. On my way back to my hotel room at 4:30 this morning I tried ordering again hoping to eat something but was told breakfast would not be served until 4:45am. So, I guess that 24hr ordering is false and they should remove that from the website.
