McDonald’s customer service is hit or miss most of the time. Everytime I go to this one though they have excellent employees working the drive thru that dont act like their lives are just miserable like many others stores. Food was good and customer service was great

I came at 5am when they were supposed to be opened and waited five minutes at the before pulling up to a window. Two workers saw me and completely ignored me. I had to honk to get their attention. This was very frustrating however an older man who gave me my food was very kind. Just a bad experience overall.

Had to be the most poorly run store I have ever been in! The drive-through was wrapped around the building so we went inside. The staff were slow as hell, and the lady who took our order was rude beyond measure. She clearly was not suited to be in customer service. We waited over 30 minutes to get our food!! We noticed that they have a lot of regular customers they called by name. Several that came in after us and ordered at the counter and got their food before ours. Horrible experience, we will never stop at that store again!

Witnessed three black employees being very disrespectful, shouting and being confrontational to an elderly white man that was hard of hearing over his order being wrong, I could not believe what I was seeing and hearing, two employees a mother and daughter were shouting at the old man. This was disturbing.

Going to give them two stars on food just because I like their fries. Ordered food for my entire family and the burger on top was just thrown together and completely covered in Greese and it just leaked all down into my bag onto everything. I don’t think I’ve ever gotten a burger at McDonald’s that was that juicy with oil that it just soaked everything in the bag and they like to just throw your sandwich together like they’re in a race so that it’s just really I’m sloppy mess when you take it out of the box to eat it.
