It was hot inside. I was there at 9:30 am and it was probably 80 degrees inside . The floor was wet, from humidity I’m sure. I didn’t get my drink cup when I placed my order and then had to wait for my small tea even longer because the cashier went to the drive through window to get it, don’t understand why I couldn’t just get the cup and get my own tea like the other customers did. I would have loved the tea while waiting for my order, since it was so hot there. Also there was a lot of back and forth talking with the employees. Apparently I’m assuming the lady was the manager was upset with an employee in the back .

This store would get a negative rating if one was available. I went yesterday (3/16/23). I went thru drive up, sign saying speaker broken, drive around. I did. Got in line behind 3 cars and waited for 10 minutes at least. No one at the first window so it seems natural to go to second window. When I finally get there, no one there but someone is looking at me from a distance with a sour face. A young lady came to the window and asked me to pull back around because she could not take my order at this window. I told her no because I had already been waiting too long. I also know she can take my order. Her response was they were short handed. Uhhhhh, I did not find that to be my problem. The employees at this store could care less about customer service or maybe even what an apology is for having to wait. I can understand waiting if they are shorthanded but dont make me pull back around in line behind others to catch up what she was lacking. For all I know they would make me pull back around AGAIN. Terrible work ethics. This is my second experience with this. I will go next door to Wendys, which is what I did yesterday, from now on. They have great customer service and communication skills.
