This looked like a new McDonald’s so you would think that it would be running top notch. Not so much for this location. When we walked in we smelled the worst smell like there was a sewage issue or their mops were not sanitized properly before mopping – yuck. The person running the register was dismally slow and it looked like they had never done it before. I understand training but when another employee took over I had them read back the order and about half of it was wrong. The people who ordered at the kiosk behind us could not pay there so they were waiting behind us to pay so their order was placed. When we received the food one of the Big Mac’s that was supposed to have onions was loaded with onions and had to be remade. It is almost as if ever efficiency that corporate had put in place had been undone by employees not being efficient and paying attention to orders. Fast food is suffering bad due to these sorts of issues. It is amazing that they have become so bad while having so many employees working – most of which look at you when you need assistance but never say the words “can I help you”? Serious customer service training needed…

I didn’t like the way they treated me. I ordered just two lates and waited over 10 minutes. I eventually went in, they said that the latte machine was broken when I demanded my money, and contacted the manager on the matter, she said ok but turned away and forgot me and ignored me. I don’t feel sorry for seven bucks for a latte, but I basically wanted to take my money back, I didn’t take it. Before I went in after my wait, two cops drove inside and started ordering out of line. I believe that the police should lead by example, but in no case should they use their power as if they have everything under control. This McDonald’s treats white people like they’re empty space. I didn’t like the way they treated me.

Fully staffed restaurant maybe 3 couples inside waiting on food over 25 min for customers and we’ll over 30 minutes for my order. It’s been years since I’ve been to a McDonald’s it’s definitely going many more before coming back. I don’t recommend this place. Men’s bathroom was gross with water all over the floor and counters. Staff dumping food outside in parking lot. Very unsanitary

I went thru the drive thru and the girl is always on her phone. She never reads the order back like other people, I came the other day and asked for the deluxe McCrispy with a med drink and fry. She rang me up for a hot and spicy and small everything. Now I did not raise a fuss because I just got off work but it took 15-20 minutes to get my food. The drive thru lady that takes the money and order is rude. The one who gives you the food and drink is amazing. Never have I ever really experienced something like this at McDonald’s.

Came in at 0703, and doors were locked. I was told I had to use the drive thru. (I drive a semi and can’t get through a drive through) When I explained that wasn’t an option they told me to walk through the drive thru. The hours clearly read that lobby is to be open at 0500. That’s clearly not the case. Isn’t walking through the drive thru against McDonalds policy? Yet they are forcing people to do it? Do better.
