We were not greeted when we came in the door. The big mac meat I ordered was small and and not the normal size. The burger was made again with fresh but still small meat. The service was ok but the workers are loud and yell at each other. I ordered the quarter pounder woth no onions and the burger had onions on it. The kiosk didn’t print out a receipt and was told they can’t see what I ordered or print me one

We were traveling through and decided to stop here to eat. When we got there, it wasn’t busy. The food was great. The fries were fresh out of the fryer. The women working there were really nice. And the bathrooms were clean. I’ve seen the other reviews on here. I guess we just got there at a good time.

Bathroom was pretty messy. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. Toilet paper everywhere. Have some pride in your store and hold your coworkers accountable. Water not running. Only drive thru was open. Store needs more caring management. Food was good. Forgot my straw.

Disgusting!! No running water in the bathroom or toilet paper. No napkins, mayo, wrong size drinks. The ENTIRE floor was wet and slippery, and there were so many wet floor signs we had to serpentine in between them.

06/07/2023, 3:30 PM. Flies everywhere. Manager was screaming at the only other employee. Tons of people waiting. Bathrooms had no running water (I had to go to the car to rinse soap off my hands) and trash all over the floor. No napkins. Leaked water on the floor. Half filled and cold, burnt fries. Gave us medium drinks when we ordered larges. Kiosk didn’t print a receipt so we had to go to the counter and manually ask for one. My bacon quarter pounder was mediocre, too bad it didn’t have bacon. How do you screw up this badly?

Not at all fast food. Place was not crowded. Still waited about 20 minutes for my food still wasn’t right but I couldn’t wait another 20 minutes. Employees engaging a lot of meaningless non work related conversation.

We walked in to order and were greeted by 2 employees sitting at a table chatting. They informed us they were short staffed and told us we had to use the drive thru. We run through the drive thru and had to repeat our order multiple times, finally have it right so we pull around. We pay and get our drinks, the cashier states she would be right back. 3-4 minutes later she comes and asks us what we were waiting for?! Our food still, she asked what we had! We repeat our order a few times to her again and she finally brings our food out. Luke warm and missing a few items. I counted as least 5-6 employees there but only saw 2 actually trying to help customers.

Didn’t really stop for food, my children needed a potty break on our long journey. The bathrooms were clean. T.P. ran out and the manager did not hesitate to get someone to correct the issue immediately. Greatly appreciated. If we hadn’t just ate we would have eaten there. So BIG thanks to the manager and all his employees. Great job to you all!

Worst McDonald’s. People in front of me got their food faster and some of it free. The we waited 15 minutes and everyone got their food before us. Another 7 minutes and asked for a refund that never came through. Service was just bad. Instead of calling the number on the tickets they would tell the order. So high tech and all but so useless if the people behind the machines are this slow and careless.
