Continuously have issues with this location. Long wait times for basic items. They will send you to wait in spots & just never come out with your food. If you order an oatmeal be prepared to never get the raisins and apples that go along with it. Staff is nice but I would avoid this location is possible.

Waited an hour in the lobby for two large fries, a double cheeseburger and some nuggets and heard the employees in the back yelling multiple times about my order and it still took them 30 more minutes to get my food out. When I asked when it was going to be out because everyone behind me had already left she told me it just was not ready yet. Then I get my food after an hour and it was all cold and disgusting. I threw it away.

I just ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese and no onions. My burger was scraped where the onions were. It was not remade at all. Horrible. When you mess someone’s order up it is expected that you remake it. Period. I had to wait for them to fix it and everything. And yet, it was horrible. Never ordering from this location again.

Gotta be the worst McDonalds in Baton Rouge. You order just one basic item and they tell you to pull up to one of the parking spots and proceeds to have you wait 15-20 mins at the minimum. This is ridiculous. Ain’t no other McDonalds doing this.

I’ve gone there at least once a week for the past month. Order a spicy chicken WITH extra pickles and everytime it’s just 1 pickle on the sandwich and it is on the receipt and the sticker on the sandwich but no extra pickles. Sweet teas the last 2 times were just plain bitter tea. This place needs to get it together.
