I’m going to tell you as a former employee of our local Valluzo owned McDonald’s that if we had sent food out like this one did me there would be hell to pay. The meat came out in multiple pieces and had obviously been kept to long. The burger wasn’t even remotely together like they threw it and for anything with cheese your stuck that way.

I placed a mobile order and when I arrived and parked they came out and told me they only had one fryer and one grill and there was a wait for everything. They would’ve invited me in, but there was an “altercation” earlier, and the inside was closed. They did manage to get me a quarter pounder meal and a plain mcdouble 20 minutes later.

There was only one employee around 6:30/7:00pm. The food was nasty. Each n every table was dirty with ketchup marks, cheese marks, fries particles so i have to sit on a corner of dirty table to eat. No table tents for kiosk order. Homeless person was sitting with entrance door staring angrily at customers.

Went inside for 1st time since pandemic. No one would help me or speak to me. Used kiosk(no receipt) waited about 10 minutes. Very hostile enviroment.. gave up and left. Never going back. Use this McD about twice a week for years. Too bad. Pay your employees a living wage and they might be more interested in maintaining customers.

Took my students here for lunch after a field trip. I think they ordered 1 of everything on the menu. Nevertheless, the service was pretty good. The staff managed a lobby full of kids and the drive thru during lunch. My kids witnessed teamwork in action.
