Arrived to this McDonald with only one truck in front of me. The truck then was asked to pull into space 1 while it took the cashier forever to take my payment. I then pulled forward where the next employee handed me my drinks then she asked me to pull to the next window to wait for my food to come out. While I patiently waited they had multiple vehicles behind me ordering and paying and all of those vehicles were referred to spots with numbers to wait for their food. I waiting atleast 30 minutes in line just paying and waiting for the food. When they finally brought it out to the window the lady handed me my bag fast and left. Did not even ask if I needed anything else m. She closed the window before I could even tell her I was missing my sons happy meal. Thank god another employee was walking in from bringing food outside so I flagged him down and he brought me the happy meal and BBQ sauces that were missing. This McDonald’s is definitely going downhill. How unfortunate as we were looking forward to having a McDonald’s close to us.

My wife made an online order around 8 went to pick it up at the drive thru, there was barely any cars, the drive thru cashier was such in. A rush she threw the food out the window almost landed in the car. The girl didn’t care at all, didn’t even apologized , my wife had to get a manager to remake the order. This McDonald’s needs to stop hiring unmotivated young kids, that don’t want to work at all, and learn how to be professional and how to service customers. This McDonald’s is going down the drain. Honest to say, we will never buy from this McDonald’s ever again.

On Thursday June 29, 2023, I went through the drive thru and ordered 1 small and 1 large Mocha Frappe. I was told to pull up in #3 spot but someone was there so I parked in a curb side spit. Waited for 15 minutes and nothing so I called and was told they had to add mix to machine. 10 minutes after the worker came out with 2 large Caramel Frappe. i told her that I didn’t order that and she said well we don’t have Mocha. I really think before I paid for my order they knew they were out of Mocha and just decided to give me what they had. Well I threw them away because I don’t order things I don’t drink . I think the ones working this day need a lot more training.

This location reminds me of those videos of “the kitchen of the future” from the fifties. Where appliances pop out of the counter and vacuums are in the walls. I order from the kiosks. Someone brings me my food. I head out. The drive-through does the 2 lanes thing that everyone is doing. Seems like last time I went, they were having some issues cause I had to wait in a spot for the food as did everyone else. They also do the app thing, which must be newer to this spot cause this was the first time they asked about it. It’s McDonald’s, except the ice cream machine was working. Had I known I would have ordered a sundae.

Lady taking orders caught a attitude not once but three times over us ordering 3 10 piece nuggets . Ive never had issues till today. You dont yell at customers act like you got some sense . We were treated as if we were a bother and a inconvenience rather than a customer .

This McDonald’s is the absolute worst!!! I’ve tried to be understanding because it’s new, however, each time is a disaster. I ordered a large fry and was given a medium. I told them what I ordered and all they did was dump that medium into a large container. They took my receipt to verify (they also kept the receipt) and still left off the fries for my other order and Frappe. When I drove around to get my items, they asked for receipt and refused to give me the paid items. Definitely in need of new staff already.

I drive for a delivery service and the service here is very bad and employees are very rude. I had order for delivery it took my me 10 minutes to get to store and upon arrival I still had to wait another 20 minutes for food ( a combo meal).

This is what happens when you don’t check your order! Shame on me. It’s a simple hamburger, no where does it say mustard only on the receipt, there’s no ketchup and it’s sloppy. Waste of money, but $15 hr and can’t make a simple hamburger or take/deliver a correct order. All fast food places should go to chic fil a training.
