Would have been nice to have had my Tartar Sauce ON my Fish Sandwich and not everywhere else. My sandwich was DRY, as a result. Sloppy prepping!!!! Somebody needs to slow down. SMH To both MANAGEMENT and EMPLOYEES… take some pride in your job!!! MANAGEMENT, you should TRAIN them better. This type of nonsense is a reflection of management.

We drove up to the drive-through menu right at 10:29 and we’re looking at the breakfast items when the menu suddenly flipped over to the lunch items. Then we tried to order our breakfast items but the lady at the speaker was so rude telling us we took too long. And could only order lunch. She told us that management considered the 10:30 AM end of breakfast rule sacred. Most messed up experience I’ve ever had from Mickey D.

Food was great that said, Autumn took our order. She kept getting the order wrong. I said 3 times in person to her directly I wanted 2 bacon, egg. Cheese, no biscuit..she said back – back 2 sausage,Egg, cheese, and we went thru this 3 times. I’m diabetic and can’t tolerate carbs. Anyway, we received 2 sausage, egg, and cheese without the biscuit and the rest of our order. Autumn looked and seemed really confused throughout. Autumn needs to get some more rest or something maybe because she could not comprehend our order.

I’ve worked at fast food places before, I know how hurried it’s gets. I also know how stressed the employees can get. Tempers can flair and you can see the aggravation on the workers. But not here!!! They were busy but all the employees seemed to work together and the atmosphere inside was very laid back and happy. My food was good, but the service was great. Ok 2 days in a row. I gave you 2 chances to get it right. Ordered very specifically – plain egg biscuit NO CHEESE. I received egg biscuit WITH CHEESE both days.
