Order was correct and was hot… Prices for fast food have gotten a little expensive. Actually all establishments have gotten pretty expensive to eat out anymore. But at least this mcdonalds the people working there were actually doing their jobs and not ignoring the customers and playing on their phones , like most places I have been to lately.

It’s stupid!! I placed an order on their mobile app and realized it was for the wrong location. I then tried to refund on the app, didn’t work, so it told me to call that location and I spoke to a lady who told me,”ok, come up here and we will see what we can do.” I asked her if there was another way because the reason I want to change the location is I did not have time to drive all the way across town. She told me no and I told her nvm that it just defeats the purpose of me going in when she has the order on her computer right in front of her!!!

This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to ! The customer service is absolutely horrid . I’ve never met such rude workers . They get mad when you are trying to order and then try to correct u . They laugh and talk to there employees when I was trying to speak to them . well I had ordered a medium coffee super simple … they brought out the smallest size in the coffee I was like ok well I’ll even pay to get medium even though I had already payed for that the guy rolled his eyes and came back out with small again I gave up . Do not go to this McDonald’s this is not our first experience like this every single time we go there we have a problem with them .

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. This is coming from someone who has eaten from McDonald’s from almost every state in the US. Food is served cold. My Big Mac beef patty was cold like ice. Staff is extremely slow and incompetant. They always ask everyone in drive thru to pull up ahead of the window so they cant trick their machine into thinking that they have completed the order quickly. But in reality they serve you cold raw food 30 minutes later. Would have given 0 stars but theres no option for it.

Worst service. Placed my order on line and since the drive up was busy I wrongly decided to get my order myself at the counter. After I waited for almost 30 minutes to I asked a clerk. My number was on the we board but she said they could not see at in the prep area. Others were getting their orders ahead of me. Won’t be back but if I do I will use the drive thru and hope for the best.
