I placed a curbside pickup order for fries…JUST FRIES! It took over 30 minutes for me to get my fries. I had to pull in the drive thru line and wait for an additional time just to receive my order. This is ridiculous!!! I will not be coming back!

Drove up to the speaker and the cashier said, McDonald’s…… what ever happened to welcome to McDonald’s? I asked for a small fry and a six piece spicy nugget. I wanted it fresh and I asked for it fresh!!!! I paid for the food and was asked to pull up. Before I could put my truck in park they were bringing the bag out. I checked the food, it wasn’t even hot. I gave it back and it still wasn’t fresh. They don’t answer the phone, the mgr was not interacting on the shift, no shift awareness whatsoever, the crew doing what they want. Let we finish by saying thanks for running your guest off!! I have zero tolerance when it some to my stomach. Thanks but no thanks!

This place is trash! Waited at the speaker for 3 minutes before someone answered. Places my order and drive up to the window and the little girl at the window looking clueless, so the manager walks up and read off an order that was not my order. I proceeded to tell her what my order was. By this time she’s screaming at her employees, telling them they are working on her nerves all while she’s scrolling social media. The little girl working the window seemed to not know how to read the screen to give me my total owed. Once she finally gave me my total, I paid and she hands me my food. I asked for cream and sugar for two cups of coffee, she hands me one cream for two cups of coffee! SMH! Witness one young man taking a car their order, his pants sagging below his behind, one hand in holding the customer’s food while the other hand holding up his pants! I don’t know who the franchisers are of this location but your employees are ruing your business!!!!!!

The younger kids that work here don’t appreciate working or have a great work ethic. Ordered food for my kids, get to the window to pay they canceled the whole order. Then tried to get mad at me about it. Then they got the order wrong anyway. Very unprofessional.

I couldn’t believe how nice and courteous those teenagers at McDonald’s. Usually you don’t find teenagers that courteous. Managers at this McDonald’s should be applauded for the training of those teenagers. Also the parents who had the biggest hand involved. They made me smile all day. Thank you all so much.

Very horrible service I was on the drive thru at around at around 10:25pm the lights were still on which indicated that it was still open also the people In front of me got to place they’re order. Like about 20 min later since I saw that no one was returning back to take my order I decided to move up to the window and place my order. Someone came to the window and said she was going to call the manager since she was the one taking the orders. The manager finally came to the window at 11pm didn’t even have the audacity to open the window to say how can I help you. All she did was bang on the window which was so ratchet and unprofessional an then finally said that they were closed. Like why in hell did it take over 30 minutes to tell people they were close. Horrible horrible experience.
