All good I wish they would make fresh hot food as whey would just like during the day the business would be better after certain time of night food gets prepared waiting for someone to drive up and then u pay for half cold or cold food and then u still have to wait as u would for the fresh hot food

Service was bad all around I thought it would be better going inside but was even worst. Just bad service food was all wrong not what I asked for, they gave me what they already made its was cold and bad sloppy not the good sloppy. Next time, I’ll just eat out the gas station at least I get the friendliness of customer service bu dealing with one person at check out.

Rude! I ordered off of the app and I had another person in the car with me who wanted to order. When I got to the drive thru I told the women my code and then said I wanted to place another order. She said “no, we ain’t doing that. We only taking one order per car.”… i was like what the hell? I have never been told I can’t place a separate order. Whoever owns this location needs to really train your employees! Rude and dumb.

On my way to work I stopped by the store and waited at the window to be served. I proceeded to the second window and was told by the mgr that a shift change was in progress. It took another near 10 minutes to get my order taken. I ordered a quarter pounder meal with a coke. Work approx. a qtr of a mile away at the Marathon Refinery when I noticed that the food I received was cold – not warm cold. Waiting for a shift change assured me fresh food – I thought. I tried calling, no answer. The next day I called at 1:26 pm and spoke with a mgr who told me to bring in my food, she should be there and would make it right. I arrived at the store at 2:09 pm and I called 4 times never getting an answer, on the fifth call I spoke with a young lady who assured me that she would get her mgr – no one ever returned. I got in the drive-thru line and expressed my issue to the order taker who then advised me to pull up to the 1st window. I was greeted by the mgr, the same mgr from the day before (dark skin with a faded haircut) who told me that she would make me fresh food and agreed to give me a choc shake instead of my original coke. She told me pull up to the waiting area and someone would bring the food to me. I waited until 3:15 pm for my order, no one ever came out. I had to leave at 3:15 pm so that I wasn’t late for work. I am so very disappointed as I am a regular customer and work close. I understand that things happen and that we live in a COVID society, but, I deserve what I pay for – plain and simple.

Very quick service at a busy lunch time. Ordered 5 meals. They had me park. Got them all quickly and correctly. Asked for ketchup and she happily went back in and got me a bag of ketchup. Great experience.
