The service takes way too long causing cars to pile up in the drive thru. It usually takes them ten to twenty minutes or longer to take someone’s order and I have no idea why. Maybe the employees are all on their phones, just talking to each other or just don’t care because this is ridiculous as it happens every single night. And by the time it’s an hour of me in line I’ve had enough. If I were you, I would go to some other fast food restaurant that doesn’t take forever to tell the customer that they will be with them in a few minutes or ask them if they can take our order.

Placed an order on the app and they gave me the wrong bag at the drive thru. I went back explained what happened and I just got bewildered stares from the employee at the drive thru line until 2 other employees came up behind her and handled the situation. I still ended up getting the wrong sandwich, I wanted a spicy deluxe and they just gave me regular.

Have been coming to this location for years and have never had problems. Tonight was the worst night possible with costumer service. Second window when I pulled up to get my food, they tried to hand me a flat coke almost the color of sprite. Asked for a Dr Pepper but proceeded to give me another flat coke just trying to push me through. When I asked for something else like a Fanta they acted like it was my fault and I was causing them problems. Girl thought I couldn’t hear her when she closed the window just barely. The guy who was making the drinks thought it was a joke when he gave two flat sprites and proceeded to smile and laugh like it was a joke. I have never dealt with anyone that unprofessional. It’s clear they didn’t hire teens that were responsible enough for such an easy job. I’ve worked at McDonald’s myself about 7 years ago for my first job and trust me it isn’t that hard to fix a problem and make sure the costumer is taken care of properly! First window girl was the sweetest thing ! Loved her !

Found hair in my ice caramel macchiato. Threw away my breakfast thinking that the person who prepared my meal and coffee tampered with everything. I’ve been coming to this location for about a year and never had issues with anything. Now they have some new workers in the AM that are definitely unskilled for that job position.
