Worst McDonald’s experience ever. Told us we could we could order 5 separate orders in the drive thru then got mad when we did. Literally called us monsters and told us we weren’t sorry (we literally made sure it was okay first). They didn’t put any sauce on my sandwich after I requested spicy pepper and charged another girl for a medium shake but only gave her a small. When we called to complain the lady that picked up apologized but wouldn’t find a solution. Worst part is I had an interview with them this Friday. Immediately cancelled my interview. Seems like a toxic place to work and eat. This place needs a serious change.

Went through the drive through today , ordered 4 cheeseburgers with fries and a chicken sandwich. Worst McDonald’s experience I have ever had ! The cheeseburgers were smashed, the cheese was rubbery, chicken sandwich was incredibly dry and horrible. The chicken looked like hash brown patty. Service was ok and fries ok but upset bc that was our dinner as we drove out of town. 2 thumbs down.

The kids working are rude and disrespectful. Some there was a language barrier. Sat it line for for way to long. Then the order gets completely messed up. Room temp foods and way too much salt on everything.

The app let me choose 2 sauces for my 10 piece nugget meal. The app then lets you do sauces a la carte so I selected 2 big mac sauce for the meal and 5 big mac sauces a la carte. 7 sauces total, order went through fine no issue. Drive thru, get home and theres 4 sauces.. Not even the 5 maximum allowed a la carte. If Im not allowed to get 7 then why is the app allowing me to??
