Friendly and helpful staff. Had to wait a little bit for a hashbrown, but I heard it announced when I was ordering that hashbrowns were behind so I already knew and they acknowledged it. Yet, after I waited, not long enough to complain, someone came and apologized and brought me a free pie for my wait, yes, a fresh warm pie. I’ve had other mcds take longer, mess up on my order, and not apologize or try to do anything to make up for it. Great customer service. Nice and clean, they were cleaning window sills when we were leaving.

The lady running the intercom at 9am on August 21st needs to be fired . Rude as hell and very very incompetent . Had to repeat the same thing several times for her to understand. She even comes through the mic “ugh, jesus , hold on” Lady, if you hate your job so much all you have to do is quit? I ordered 3 items and I was there nearly 20 minutes waiting. Food was cold and hardly edible. This deserves a 0 star.

I love this McDonald’s it’s in a small town down the highway from where I live and everytime I go in to grab a quick lunch they remember my wife and I and our names and come talk to us to see how things have been since we were there last they make you food and make you happy you stopped in and most of all they make you feel important to them and let you know they want you back and that’s what I look for in customer service.
