They made the sandwich really clean and the fries were healed pretty well. They’re really nice people and it wasn’t very busy for 11:30pm. Very fast. Oh and the Kiosk doesn’t charge you for mayonnaise or shredded!

A great stop if you’re headed east on Johnson Drive – I think that the easiest way in is through the corner of the QT parking lot. If you’re headed west, I’d recommend turning south on Antioch and then turning right on the street in front of Hobby Lobby. They are usually pretty good with wait times, although they do get backed up a little when it’s very busy.

I am not a fan of McDonald’s, but my son and granddaughter wanted, so we go. Used drive thru, they just quickly push everyone off to the waiting stalls. Messed up the order, had to go inside to get straight. Struggled to get attention of someone. Then the manager questions me after already telling the problem. Then the manager proceeds to correct the employee who filed the order right there in front of me and finally the manger tells at the line to expedite the missing but from the order. Completely the wrong way to do it!

The taste the food has gone down hill I’m left my house early to stop off and get something to eat on my way to work I sat in the car line at the drive-thru for 45 minutes and I was only one of three cars in that drive-thru at that time I was able to make it to work on time it took so long going through the drive-thru

Lazy workers who will find every reason to not serve someone. Keep getting different excuses why they are unable to do something that other locations have no issue doing. Either the employees need some new training or complete replacement. This issue follows all the way to the general manager. Possibly further.

The customer service manager at McDonald’s refused to provide his name and showed a lack of professionalism. Moreover, they failed to take responsibility for ensuring my Uber Eats order was complete, missing a pack of cookies and all of the sauces for my meal. I have truly never been to a worse mcdonalds in my life, (at night- i cant speak on the day shift) i never thought I would leave a review on mcdonalds because I don’t expect much..its mcdonalds! But the night manager at this location is incredibley rude everytime I or literally anyone I know has encountered him- and EVERY time I order delivery from here they literally refuse to add any sauces even if your whole order is nuggets. I include it in the order and I even ask the drivers to ask them to please make sure – everytime they tell the driver it’s in there and it has literally not once happened its actually almost comical at this point like they have to be purposefully not including them..lol

The staff at this location is incredibly rude and unfriendly. We ate at 1 p.m. on a Saturday. All of our fries were lukewarm, at best, and several main items (burgers, nuggets, and chicken sandwich)were also not what I’d consider to be hot or fresh. It was fairly busy while we were there, but never saw an employee come out to wipe tables off in a full 45 minute stretch – so not the cleanest McDonalds we’ve been to. I wouldn’t go back to this location.

Terrible service. Last time I waited over 10 minutes after I paid, because the car in front of me was having issues with the phone, so my order was cold and drinks melty. This time I waited 5 minutes as the second car in line at the order point and NO ONE TOOK THE ORDERS. Don’t waste your time here
