Today, when I went through the drive-thru, the person taking the order was very efficient. When I got to the window to pay, the young man taking money was so pleasant and smiled. He acted like he enjoyed his job instead of acting miserable. The young man handing me my order was so courteous and also smiled. This was so refreshing.

My only complaint is that they must have been out of fries or chicken nuggets because by the time I reached the second drive through window, I was passed my drinks and then sat waiting for literally 7 minutes for my food to come out. It wasn’t a problem as I had nowhere to be but for it only being about 730 or 9 at night, this shouldn’t have happened. However, my food was all still hot and made correctly. Also, the employee was super nice and handled it all well.

Husband and I wanted a late night dinner, spent $30 on food just to waste it and throw it in the trash. Stale, reheated, and the two girls in there were very rude to my husband. We used to think this was the better McDonald’s but yet have been let down for the last few times we have stopped by.

I order breakfast on DoorDash every Wednesday and Monday morning. The same thing every time. A biscuit and gravy one without a biscuit a Dr Pepper and 2 Daugherty cheese biscuits no egg. The last three times my biscuits have been wrong. This time I finally called I was very nice and the manager her name was Janet was incredibly rude and tried to call me a liar saying I ordered it wrong when I was looking at the receipts on the biscuits and I seen that I ordered it right. Then got an attitude and said “well what do you want me to do about it” and I said I want my biscuits. And she got mad and said okay then I guess come in and get them. If I could rate no stars I would.

Took 22 mins an was forth in line no one here at this establishment on duty cared. After ordering two triple cheese plan was told ok an that’s it. Never was told total till at window to pay. I’ve seen a rapid decrease in response to get people thru at McDonald’s no one seems to give a flip An has excuses for this.”my manager””people off” an so fourth my bun an cheese wasn’t even close to being placed properly but who cares if it didn’t look like the picture right. This McDonald’s got my ire up because they have been consistently’inconsistent’ with food quality and order accuracy. I’ve received incorrect items, cold food and missing straws and napkins. It’s always the night crew. Tonight was the final…well, straw. Ordered ahead and food was cold. It was handled professionally by the employees, but it’s still aggravating. Check your orders before you get out of the drive thru!
