Sorry but the new decor is not very inviting, I understand drive thru has become more important than the customer who actually takes the time to come in but making the dining room cold and unfriendly might just drive me to a different restaurant.

This girl name cierra had serviced me my food and was very disrespectful and rude towards me and i have my friend and kids in my car, and she was very rude to them as well, she came off snobby and rolled her eyes many times. i did not appreciate this. and i believe she is not a good person to be working window. thank you very much.

2 stars for food, as it’s normally cold or old. 4 stars for service, they’re pretty quick and courteous. 3 stars for atmosphere, the need to make the parking lot bigger, there’s issues with parking on the right hand side because of the drive-through line. The left hand side is crowded as well, and it doesn’t help when they tell you to pull forward as far as you can. When you pull forward you’re either barely giving the person behind you space to pull up to the window. (Gid forbid they tell one more person to pull forward, behind you…) and if you pull up anymore before you reach the street, you’re blocking the drive to get to the right hand side of the parking lot, that is also EXTREMELY narrow. If they built a parking lot behind it across the street, they could have more room. The best thing you can order from here is McCafé of any kind, never disappointed with those.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. Snotty teenagers ,rude managers. They gave me my daughter’s Happy meal without any milk and then when I went up there to try to get the milk that I ordered with the Happy meal the snotty teenager argued with me. Recommend just keep driving until you get to another McDonald’s don’t stop at this McDonald’s

A little below average as far as my drive thru experience goes. I decided to get the McDonald’s McDouble cheeseburger off the $ Dollar menu. They increased the price according to the cashier who told me that there’s a price difference between the McDouble and the double cheeseburger but that NEITHER ONE WAS $2, and only one was on the dollar menu. Needless to say, I wasn’t happy with the price but I paid the full price and only had to wait a minute to get my food at the next window. Needless to say, I won’t be back. McDonald’s is beginning to do what I feel the Denny’s Restaurant chain did, pricing themselves right out of business. I used to love Big Macs but the price went too high so I switched to the quarter pounder, where they charge you for cheese even when you tell them just the quarter pounder because it always comes with it so that when you take the cheese off it’s a special order, so you pay the full price! And then I stopped ordering quarter pounders and switched to the dollar menu. But I guess you can’t really call it a Dollar Menu if you aren’t paying $1, $2 or $3 per item but rather $1.18, $2.38 or $2.67 & $3.40-$3.88! Well there goes my last option till they run some special like the 2 Big Macs for $5 deal or the Quarter Pounder BOGO deal.
